Really expensive. Eye exam plus buy on get one free glasses came to $509 for 2 pairs of the cheapest sale priced glasses. Everything is extra. Nice place and they are very friendly but there are cheaper options online. The frame selection is not very good at vision works. update 12.1.14 lens fell out of my pair of my glasses. Out of luck on any warranty since i didnt buy the extra $100 protection plan. Go online for glasses. Google zenni for a better deal. I got 2 pairs for $78 shipped to my house. Update 12.31.14 got a call from visionworks the schedule another $170 eye exam. I just had my eyes checked 2 months ago and did the whole new glasses thing? I had a problem with the glasses. (Nose piece fell off) and was told to go across the street to walmart for service. This place is terrible to deal with after they take your money. For the $600 i spent i didnt expect to be blown off like that. I was even willing to pay for the repairs. I now go to keiser for my glasses and eye exams.

I agree with the other review that Visionworks is really expensive. Got mine long time ago, 2 pairs for about 660. This time I decided to do my contact eye exam here since its the nearest eye care place. 1 the receptionist went to do my pre-test after greeting me at the front desk. 2 she asked me to choose from have my eye dilated, or pay 35 dollars out of pocket to have a eye map, or Ill have to sigh a paper work indicating its my responsibility that I refuse to dilate my eye or have the 35 dollar eye map. Idk other places but I feel its weird cause I was never forced with these options at other eye care place. I ended up canceling my appointment.

Doctor visit was good but then they recommended HD lenses. They were terrible and came at extra costs. Then had to order regular lenses instead and they took two more weeks to get the glasses and I didnt even get reimbursed for the HD option. The glasses were delayed past the promised date because they "broke a lens at the manufacturer". I dont believe that. Really poor customer service and no sensitivity that Ive been in 6 year old glasses for a month. Dont go here.
