Well, I had multiple people tell me not to go to Chevy Berlin (bad reputation) but, I wanted to give them a chance. Started off with Bryant (sales person). E-mail back and forth- was great. I asked to have a few things ready for me when I got there on my 30 min lunch. Well, was not ready. X Next, I asked him if the vehicle I was looking at had cruise control. Bryant walked out to vehicle, came back inside and said "YES, it has cruise control". Great. Got a good deal on vehicle. Had to go back to work, I told Bryant I was very interested. I emailed him when I got back to office and asked for a little more info. Bryant stated give him a few minutes. Well, 6 hours later- Nothing. XX Next day, in afternoon got an email giving me OTD price. Well, there was a $2000.00 difference. Also, Bryant stated that the cruise control had to be installed....WHAT???? He told me the day before it had cruise. XXX Spoke with John E. sales manager about problems, he didnt care at all. Sooooo......keep your bad reputation and I will take my money elsewhere......: )

I purchased a 2013 vehicle from here. The sales process was excellent. Everyone was helpful and accommodating. After I purchased the vehicle I noticed a few cosmetic issues (nothing major, nothing very expensive) that the manager had failed to notice upon his own inspection (his words) when they recieved the vehicle. I brought the vehicle in and showed them the issues. I was told they would handle all of it. It has been over a month and nothing has happened. I call and cant leave a voicemail. I have spoken to the manager since and he said he would handle it but I havent heard a word. No one is getting back to me. I cant even be excited about this vehicle with parts missing on the exterior. So I will have to correct these issues myself.

The service we received at Berln Chevy has been great. From the owner, Jim, to the Manager, Walt, the Sales Manager, John, and our personal salesman, Mark -- they all have been wonderful. Their assistance isnt just when they know you are buying a car - it extends to the life of the car. This is our second Chevy Traverse. We upgraded to the LTZ and we love it. We are from the BIG City so we can honestly say this is the best car buying experience ever and we have had many. We are senior citizens.

Service department is slow and doesnt communicate well. I dropped my car off for what I thought would be 1 or 2 days at most. After 8 days and many promises of we just need one more day, I finally just went and got my vehicle back and took it to Salisbury to complete the service. They were able to complete the service in a few hours so Im not quite sure what the problem was.

At first I was pleased when my service for oil change, tire rotation, and alignment took only about 30 minutes. However, a few days after my visit I discovered that they did not do the tire rotation. The left rear wheel has a scrape on it and this wheel was in the same position as when I brought my car in for service; it was not rotated.

They were great in keeping in contact with me. I was having issues with getting a rental car and spending close to $100 ubering back and forth to work every day. Ms. Amy really helped in making sure my car got done as quick as possible. Thank you to everyone there who helped my baby feel better (the car)!!!

Costs me over a thousand dollars to get a new battery after dead battery and "necessary services." Next day same dead battery problem again and had to leave on for month Trip. Totally inadequate. Will feel with in April.
