Let me start off by saying that most of the employees there are very friendly, and most are relatively pleasant to be around. Ok. Now that we got that out of the way lets get on with it, shall we? It is a well known fact that most people on my mothers side of the family either drove, or new someone who drove, either, a, Chrysler or Dodge. That being said I can see why my mother decided to purchase a 2008 Chrysler Pacifica; it seemed like a decent car (BOY WERE WE WRONG - more on that later on) and they offered a decent price and a lifetime warranty. Those two things alone would be enough to persuade almost any tire kicker into purchasing a car. NOW. Heres were things started to go south. The last three Dodge or Chrysler vehicles my mother has owned have all had a bad problem with the air conditioning dying...and usually during the hottest part of the summer, but I digress. Fast forward to a few years ago. After the car hit 100,000 miles things started to happen like you would expect and so naturally our visits to the dealer for maintenance became longer in duration and more frequent. While that is expected, having to CONSTANTLY keep returning for problems that they had said they had either "addressed" or "fixed" is not expectable or acceptable. There is NO reason that a spark plug, or gas filter, or starter, or battery should EVER present an issue not even a week after having had the car in the shop for general maintenance PERIOD!!! You can imagine our frustration as this has happened MANY times in the last few years, so much so that I believe that we could have paid the full price for a lease for three years in what we had spent in repairs AFTER the warranty. All in all honesty if we didnt have the "lifetime warranty" we would very easily paid the equivalent of the MSRP on a Hyundai Genesis... THATS INSANE!!! The bottom line is simply this, the people there are for the most part pleasant and friendly, but, their service department is shoddy at best, and thats me being nice. Unfortunately in todays extremely competitive retail world just being friendly or personable doesnt cut it, and THATS why, we, will not only NEVER buy another Chrysler, but will NEVER, EVER, EVER recommend Country Chrysler Dodge Jeep, or the Chrysler Dodge Jeep brand as a whole to anyone. Its just not worth it. Do the smart thing and steer away from Country Chrysler Dodge Jeep.

I was shopping for a new car for my wife. I was looking for a 4 wheel drive. I was looking without being certain of what color interior she would like. Or exactly what size she was interested in. The salesmen at Country were very helpful in letting us drive a few different models of Jeep. The Compass, the Cherokee, and the Grand Cherokee. We like the size and styling of the Cherokee, but we werent exactly impressed with the choice of interior colors. The salesmen were very helpful in finding us Cherokees that we could go for a motorcycle ride, to view the different interiors in person. What you get to see in person, isnt always what it looks like in a book, or in a picture. We were waiting for certain things to fall into place financially, and informed the salesmen of that, so that they would not try to pressure us into making a quick deal. During our waiting time, the salesmen were very helpful in keeping us informed that in the middle of the 2014 production year, the Cherokee model introduced a new color combination more to our liking. So it all worked out very well. We have now purchased our 2015 Cherokee, and are pretty happy without feeling like we had to settle for anything, and got all the things we wanted in it. Id say it was a pretty positive experience. If there was something I didnt like, I wouldnt keep going back. They are very welcoming without seeming fake. And make me feel like a friend, not a sale. Even the girl that finalizes the paperwork, and helps you understand the extended warranties was very helpful, and informative.

This is the third car I have bought from Paul in four years. As a family we love the Jeep brand. I travel the world and believe I am qualified to comment on what makes great customer service. Every time I work with Paul I feel that most importantly he listens to my needs - what I want in the car, what I want to put down and pay for the car monthly. We never haggle he just goes away and works hard on the best deal for me. The entire transaction from start to finish is very efficient. On buying my latest Grand Cherokee I sent Paul my wish list including payment target in an email. He called me and arranged a test drive on the Saturday at 11am and by 4:30pm we had a deal and I had not spent a minute sitting in the dealership - instead I spent the afternoon watching my son playing baseball. I could have picked the car up that evening but we waited until the following week. This is my idea of efficient - haggle and hassle free. The other thing I like about working with Paul and the team at Country is they never try to add that one more thing after the price is agreed or up sell you as I call it. You will walk out with the car you want and feel good about the purchase. To me Paul and Country are The Disney model - you spend lots of money but feel good about it..... And are highly likely to make another trip back!! Thanks to Paul and the Country team for making buying my Jeep Grand Cherokee such a great experience. Not to mention the car itself is a great product to drive.

Beware of these guys, I bought a challenger RT from these pepole and they took me to the cleaners. They sold me a car that had 566 miles on it with 2 minnor options an automatic trans,a couple of stipes and 20"ugly wheels for atleast 2 to $3,000 more than it was worth. Then ran my credit through so many banks so they could get it appoved at their inflated price. So I called dodge customer service and told them what dirty dealing they do and the there Rep agreed I might have payed to much. And write down everything they tell you they will give you like oil changes and tire rotations, because your being setup for the extended Warranty like this lady did to me.Im not done with these pepole yet,Im going to talk to consumer affaires.Take a look at the Dodge dealer in MD.there prices are thousands better.Update I just talked to this Gordon Asskissen, and the only thing that he wanted to talk about was to try and insult me, he even said that the Dodge customer service rep.I talked to was some jerk sitting behined a desk and didnt know anything,So that kind sums up any help youll get from Dodges main office. If they are there to help the customer and as Gordon said there Jerks well I guess we are just out of luck

I bought my very first car with Country Chyrsler Dodge and Jeep and the experience was beyond spectacular! The dealership treat you more than just a costumer but a member of their family! I was having difficulties with my bank but everyone there especially Paul (my dealer) worked so well with me to ensure I received the best loan I could as a new buyer. We were all in constant communication before and after my purchase. During the buying process I was very picky about the car I wanted. Paul went above and beyond to locate the car, get it for me, and make sure it was perfect. Finally, once you purchase the vehicle the fun isnt over! They have a wonderful mechanic shop with friendly staff and great deals. I would suggest to anyone looking for a new vehicle to check them out! It is worth the time (especially first time buyers). I dealt with 3 dealerships in MD and not one of them were as friendly or welcoming as Country! I hope you stop on by!
