So glad this location finally opened! Site of the former Old Navy, Sprouts seems like a better fit for this corner, especially since you have BevMo next door. The interior space welcomes you with its open, airy and natural skylight environment. Came for the grand opening deals. I stocked up on tons of coconut water ($1 a can), oven-baked vegetable chips ($5 a pound) and coconut milk ($2 a carton). I dont know how much this stuff is normally though. I did some comparison shopping and items that I would typically find at WinCo or Trader Joes were priced more here. I buy the organic Koala Crunch which you can sometimes find at WinCo for $2, but here was $3.79. Also the Barbaras Puffin cereal is cheaper at TJs. There are highlights though such as: * Supplements - Great variety; lots of different brands unlike Trader Joes which only carries their brand * Deli - You can pick up meat, seafood, prepared food. I tried their shrimp skewers (normally priced at $1.50) for dinner; fresh and convenient. They also have sandwich deals, for $5 you get a sandwich, drink, chips and treat. * Produce - The prices here seemed on par and the quality looked good, fresh. I tried out their artichokes. I still prefer the ones from the farmers market, but these were tasty. * Bulk food - TJs doesnt offer this. However unlike WinCo, all the bulk bin items are scoopable which means wandering fingers can access the bins. * Service! They offer to take your groceries out to your car. I like this convenience, especially if you have a kid. There is a small wine selection, but I wouldnt bother when you have BevMo next door! I saw Crane Lake wines 3 for $10. Dont do it. Life is too short to waste on bad wine. They do not offer food samples like TJs or Fresh & Easy, but they did have some small coffee samples, much like Cost Plus.

Ive been coming here for 2.5 years - pretty much since I moved to the area. Without a doubt it is my favorite grocery store! I adore Trader Joes and tend to go there for their cheaper price on produce but I often dont see some of the produce I"m looking for like sweet potatoes (not yams). Furthermore, I do have plenty of supplement needs like whey protein, BCAAs Glutamine and the like. Daniel is Sprouts worker in the nutrition and supplements department and he ROCKS! He was able to answer all my general questions as well as tend the questions specific to products. He knows the ends and outs of all supplements (and has sampled almost all products) to inform me on what would work well for me and my desired goals. Overall, the staff here is amazing and this is my very first review on Google - this store goes above and beyond and Im so happy I live next to this gem.

I was searching for something in particular and wasnt having much luck finding it at any store I went to in the local area. Well that all changed when I walked into Sprouts and met Daniel, he actually came up to me and asked if I needed any help, and by golly gee whiz I surely did. Long story short with Daniels spectacular customer service skills and all around superior knowledge of Sprouts inventory/system he was able to help me order a whole case of what I was looking for. I left a very happy customer that day, and would recommend this store/staff with great confidence to anyone.

Poor customer service and over priced items! The people that work here are very arrogant and unjustly profile people. Unfortunately, my husband had to buy Glacier water at this store. The employees profile us even though we are just peacefully buying water. A female employee struggling to push all the carts inside the store almost hit my husband while he was buying water. Meanwhile a male employee went outside to talk on his cellphone for quite some time. The majority of these Sprouts employees think theyre Gods gift to the world. Thankfully, there are other places to buy groceries.

I have shopped at a few Sprouts Market but this one is the worst. Unhelpful staff and Im not a fan of the layout. With that said when Im at the in-laws on this side of town Ill still go here. The produce is fresh and I can find exactly what I need for any ethnic dishes I may be cooking up. It is clean and well stocked. Unfortunately the apathetic staff makes it ulmost unbearable. They should visit the Land Park store and take notes. Smaller store but I cant walk but 50 feet before being asked if I need anything.

Nice food options, but terrible customer service. Whole Foods prices but Wal-Marts customer service level. Ive been in multiple times to the Citrus Heights location during different times, and its always the same lame service. I normally shop at Trader Joes (world class customer service by the way), but having recently gone vegan, Sprouts has a few extras that they dont. I hate supporting their business. The staff is extremely unhelpful and unfriendly.

We go here for all of our produce! Most fruits and veggies have organic options, and they even have environmentally friendly cleaning products. Their selection of wines is fairly decent as well, and they have our favorite brand. Previous reviewers mentioned non-union employees getting ripped off. After the strike, the issue seems to have been resolved.

The staff is incredibly helpful. I once saw an older woman ask which watermelons were good to take. The staff member, rather than tell her how she can find it, proceeded to pick up watermelons and tap them to find out which were best to take. Thats phenomenal customer service

Sprouts use to be decent in price for organic now its a little expensive but its still better then whole foods. Clean store with a ok staff they are not overly helpful like asking "are you finding everything" but if you ask them they will point you in the right direction.

DO NOT shop here. The employees are non-unionized and are forced to do many jobs without getting a raise. Its modern day wage theft. Almost all of the original managers have been fired due to fraud, racketeering, and harassment. Many common items are extremely over-priced.

Good food! Lots of healthy choices. Fresh meat and produce is great. All the prepared foods like sandwiches salads etc are clean fresh and tasty. All kinds of organic and healthy choices. They sell vitamins, lotions and and large variety of dairy products and frozen food.

Good deals and great sandwich. I go here for hard to find cheeses for a reasonable price. Also good store for meat section. I come here when I want to grill. Place is great for singles too - not big portion but good price to get essential to cook dinner for one.

I dont care if you dont greet me when I come in the store but when I come up to the register to pay, maybe dont stare at me for 10 seconds and then greet me with an answer to a question I didnt ask you implying that I was supposed to ask you anything at all.

Sprouts is definitely on the more expensive side, so youll likely be making several trips if youre aiming to save the most. Their produce, however, is really fresh and inexpensive. Always go here when making something from scratch, or just a salad!

Amazing place! They have really great fresh produce, meats, vitamin/mineral supplements, and natural beauty products. Some of their products may be kind of expensive, but in my opinion, if it benefits your health then its worth it.
