When shopping at this Store i purchased two items. I had previously made another purchase in another store not Save-Mart. I had a small black bag i put the bag on the treadmill with the other two items to be purchased The cashier scanned the two items and then he picled up the black bag and sat it back down... then he opened it and looked in my bag, i told him that you dont need to look in my bag those are personal items. The reason for this is because i am an African American. I called ask to speak to the "Manger" and was told that he would speak to him about it....well Mr. store manager that is illegal search and seguire. (No apology. ) I came to Auburn when i was 3 yrs. old. I am now 63 I know the bigoted attitudes of this town and it shows everyday.

The employees at Save Mart are friendly, courteous and go out of there way to make sure you are taken care of. I shop there 4-7 times a week and I practically know many there and I am always greeted by those I interact with. Mark, at the front, is a hero in disguise, I have known him for almost 11 years, and he is an amazing employee and friend. Employees like him are rare!!! He treats every single person there like they are the only person in the room when he is engaged with them. Save Mart is my ONLY STORE for grocery shopping!!!

Terrible service checked twice to purchase product from hot case in deli and none was prepared and it would take 10 min then when I said I would wait woman said they were out. If it wasnt for convience of close proximity would never go there again. You think for the price of the stores products you would recieve some semblance of service.

The store is clean. There is room to push the cart around, they didnt overcrowd everywhere. The people are friendly and helpful. They seem to be educated, unlike some stores where the staff is less than bright. The meats didnt have a crazy amount of fats all over them. AND The prices seemed to be less than or equal to the competition!

I dont normally write reviews, however in looking up their phone #, I saw a review stating that the employees are discourteous, I could not disagree more. Ive been shopping at Save mart since before it was Savemart and never once have the employees been less than courteous, friendly and helpful.

Most all I like to cook I can find here. But have noticed small changes in stock and amount they have on shelfs. Lots of more open areas. Not a good sign to me, have seen this before and always seems the store is in financial trouble and sells or closes.

Great prices and selection but I found the staff lacking in my h for help in the way of finding items quickly, often was better off just looking around.myself. otherwise was an okay shopping experience overall but not impressed.

Easy access just off I80 & Hwy 49, large selection. Not yet a very good selection of organic or higher-quality foods but they are getting better, adding new choices gradually. Very good customer service; friendly staff.
