If I could rate this 0 stars I would. I bought my car 3 months ago and I have been back and fourth with Autoproved about the repairs they promised me. The car was sitting on the lot for 3 months prior to me buying it, and when I asked about it they said they just received the car but ensure everything works fine. Its a 2015 Dodge Dart that had 13,000 on the odometer when I bought it. It had an issue with the AC, no under engine cover, a clicking nose when you turn the wheel, missing plastic parts on the inside and the passenger window wasnt working correctly. They fixed the AC prior to me actually buying the car and driving it off the lot, but the garage forgot to put on the AC fill caps that wouldnt have been a big deal except theyre 30$ to replace. They reassured me any issues with the car to let them know within 3 days and theyll handle repairs, which I promptly did. The car has now been in the shop on 3 separate occasions with no rental car offered because the garage either messed parts up or ordered the wrong thing. Ive been in touch with Ali about these issues and hes been helpful for the most part but for a car that has a manufactures warranty Im a little confused as to WHY the issues arent being solved. The steering wheel clicks very loudly when turning the wheel left or right and the passenger window (which was just in the shop to be fixed) is now 10x worse than when it even went in AND all they did was change the molding and sprayed it with WD-40. Now it squeaks terribly loud and still doesnt go up and down properly. The shop "couldnt find" any issue at all wrong with the steering the first two times it was in but until I literally asked for a mechanic to listen to it THEN they finally "heard a noise". For a car thats a year old this shouldnt be happening. Im not so sure WHY no one is solving this problem but Im 100% sure I will NEVER buy another car off that lot again. PitStop tire and auto is the garage they use if any of the cars have issues and I will NEVER be working with them again either. The manager Chuck is extremely rude and never believes a word I say and keeps telling me "Only Ali can approve the car to be fixed". Very strange when it has a manufactures warranty but hey! Im a girl so what do I even know? BUYERS BEWARE!

This establishment is AWFUL there not professional and sell junk that your going to have to invest lots of money in after it leaves the lot. I have invested at least if not more than $5,000 into my car after I purchased the vehicle bad tires, bad intake manifold, bad air ride suspension ETC.I traded a great vehicle with no mechanical problems, brand new tires low mileage 2010 expensive well maintained vehicle for the simple reason I just needed something bigger and in return I get a SUV that is falling apart, and the worse part is they hide and dont stand behind there cars nor there service nor there fake lifetime warranty!!!!!!!!!!

Found a car that I liked but It had problems that were supposed to be taken care of before the car was delivered to me. When I got the car only half of the things were fixed. Had to go to Allentown to drop it off at their specific shop just for them to say they dont have the parts & wont have it done for half a week. Tried to get a loaner car for the duration but instead got a nasty attitude from the owner stating they dont have those & that things are my fault... now I have no way to get to work. I wouldnt recommend u get anything from here that needs work.

Found a vehicle we liked at Autoproved online...Jason contacted me and we did all the financing prior to coming in. We then found another car we liked better and Jason made sure we took all the cars for a ride, and that we were happy with what we were buying. Financing was quick and easy and we drove away that night with a Mazda 6 in excellent condition. We are extremely happy with the service we got here and the car. Will definitely return again. Lots of really nice vehicles on the lot, you wont be sorry! Took the hassle and run around out of buying a car.

I walked into this dealership not knowing what I even wanted. I gave them a description of the type of things I was looking for in the car that I would like, and they gave me many to choose from. Salesman was very knowledgeable about all the cars that he had laid in front of me. He helped me choose the perfect car and I would never go anywhere else. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Came here for a vehicle, it was totaled 7 months later. Came back for another vehicle. FLAWLESS process both times. Mike is an astounding salesman and very accomodating. Both vehicles in great shape. Any defects pointed out in the test drives were fixed free of charge. Great establishment and a great place to buy a car at an extremely competitive price. Definitely worth atleast checking out!

I had a great experience with all of the staff at AutoProved, especially Mike and Ishmael. Not only did I get the car I wanted, they went to bat for me with the loan company. And when my mechanic identified some issues that needed to be addressed (during the first three days), they did not complain or try to get out of making the repairs. They did it willingly. Would buy from them again.

We did not actually buy a car from them, but both Mike and Ali are considerate, polite and professional. Their prices are lower than most used cars - to avoid the dickering, back and forth negotiations and just close deals. The car we drove was in good shape and had been detailed very well. Overall, a good operation with good folks running the show.
