i went to danny brown because he was highly recommended. he puts on a front of honesty, but he is definitely a liar and a cheat, along with some guy who supposedly is an expert in evaluating your car. i had brought mine in to be considered for a trade. i was told i could not go along for the ride while my car was being checked out. something about insurance concerns. danny boy came back with a joke for my trade in amount. instead of being upfront and just saying he wasnt interested...he lied, flat out lied. he told me that my front brakes were in desperate need to be fixed/replaced. he added, that they were holding to the point that they made it feel like it could be something wrong with the transmission.he mentioned my calibers, also. people, im a woman, but have been driving for 32 years, so ive had my share of vehicles. that explanation made no sense to me, in the slightest i went straight to my mechanic to have my brakes inspected and was told my brakes are in excellent condition and was shown the reason why this was the case theres a reason i went to haltermans, when i had been told to go to colonial in the first place always follow your gut, this is a story of what happens when you dont!!!

This is terrible, Ive had to be in and out of here for almost a week because every time there was "something wrong" , the workers show attitudes as if they arent supposed to be helping you , no one wants to help and Ive been standing here at the front door for 15 minutes and everyone is walking by and ignoring me as if they arent open or I dont exist. It is currently 8:53 they open at 8AM and I came in at 8:30. Im never coming back after today!

Excellent. The ultimate in low-pressure! I came in every Friday for about 3 months to drive various cars, and Lou was incredibly helpful. The price you see is what you pay--no haggling or hassling. That was almost 2 years ago and Im really happy with the car and the service I received there. Highly recommend you start and finish at Colonial if youre in the market for a new car.

I have bought over 14 cars from colonial over the years and have referred many friends to them. I normally deal with Dan and he is the best. I wouldnt go anyplace else. They back their product with their service. I have stopped by and told Dan what I am looking for and if he gets one in he calls me. Cant ask for anything more.
