If I could give them 0 STARS I would. Although this bookseller is convenient, it is not worth the trouble for the pain suffered from returns. My son returned his Summer I books following finals. He did get a receipt proving he turned in his books. Then he returned his Summer II books following finals and they told him he did not return one of his Summer I books. So, he tore apart his room and looked for books/receipt, found neither, so went back to pay for what they s...aid was one missing book, since he lost the return receipt and when he went to pay for the book, they told him the other book from Summer I was also not turned in. This was the STORE MANAGER, who bald-faced lied to him and we ended up having to eat TWO books. NOT GOING BACK THERE UNLESS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY!!! We will buy our sons college textbooks from somewhere else who has better customer service.
