The service department is terrible. I took my jet ski in for a stop ride recall on 7/29/14. It was finally able to be picked up on 10/04/14. The crazy thing is when I drove away with it, I was sent out with out a key. Got to the gas station in Liberty Lake to fill with gas and realized there was no key! Called them back and they said it was dropped off with no key. I leave the key on the machine. So sitting back at the store where they said they work on machines all the time with no key and they didnt loose it. I asked if they could just get me a key. At this point I just wanted to get some use out of something that I had bought months before and all summer it has sat at there shop. I would pay for the key at this point since at all sport the customer is always wrong! They did not have a key to sell me after 2 hours of somewhat trying to program something to it! Dont really think they know how to work on machines they sell! After 2 hours they told me to go home and find the key they cant program a new one. I still dont have a key or a jet ski that runs! Thanks allsport for helping me have a great summer! I will never be back cause you guys cant fix anything anyway!

My experience in dealing with Allsport has been nothing but terrific. Although they did not have the Victory motorcycle that I was looking for in stock, they helped me anyway. Sam allowed me to test ride a similar model, took the time to describe the differences and introduced me to the owner and sales manage. The Sales manager then researched the dealer network to find out which dealer had the exact bike I was looking for. He then gave me the names of the best three dealers to deal with. He knew that I was not buying from him yet went above and beyond to help me. I then called two of the dealers and bought my bike from an outstanding dealer who gave me a great deal, Polaris of Portland. I rode my bike to Portland, traded it in and rode my new 2014 Cross Roads back to Spokane. I have been riding for over 50 years and this is the best ridding and handling cruiser I have ever ridden in. By the way, I traded in a Harley Fatboy. I highly recommend Allsport.

As a 50 year old customer of this shop for various parts I returned to purchase a new Yamaha motorcycle. Owned and ridden more motorcycle than I can remember. Upon entry into the business I was never acknowledged by the receptionist or any other employee to include the owner who were all on the floor milling around. The only customers were at the parts counter for snowmobile parts since it was snowing. After looking over the particular Yamaha extensively I was never approached by any salesperson for assistance. I looked around the store for a while more with cash in my pocket but never received any acknowledgement of my presence until upon exiting the receptionist looked up from texting on her phone and told me to "have a nice day." The sales personnel need to be fired for there complete lack of motivation. I wont be back and will take my money to another dealer, Yamahas arent that hard to find!

Nice dealership lots to choose from terrible customer relations and customer service I would drive 400 miles to buy a bike from somewhere else just because of a bad experience. their number one priority is to take your money no concern if youre happy or if they got what you wanted I would suggest shopping there and buy in somewhere else until they close. Management Its time for you to realize that your customer base will leave one customer at a time as youre ruining relationships its not all about the money. Its all about the service and the relationships the money will come with that... Dont be so lazy management. By paying your sales crew commission only they only are focused on the sale of a bike not the aftermath of buying accessories or maybe another vehicle thats not in their department I would never buy another bike from this establishment because of this reason.

I recently had a very nice experience with Nick in the service Dept. While on vacation on my 2013 CrossRoads Classic I had a flat rear tire, I went to the VMC Victory Motorcycle Club web site which led me to Allsport, and they had the tire and tube on the shelf BTY no one had the parts or the time to help me for at least 3 days. So I borrowed a pickup and drove down from N. Idaho Nick was there to greet me and off load the bike using Allsports very nice concrete ramp. The tire was replaced but a keen eyed Tech noted the belt deflection and alignment were not in spec. this is after I did my 500 mile service except for the deflection which I left to my local dealer, thankfully this was properly taken care of and I was able to continue my journey home. Thank you Nick and I apologize for not remembering your Techs name for taking such good care of me in my time of need.

Buying our 2008 Victory Vision Tour Premium from Nick Cooper at Allsport was a very pleasant experience. Nick was sick with the flu and I could tell from our phone conversations we had while negotiating. He never made me feel I was a bother, but instead was always positive and wanted to make sure I received the best attention possible and the deal I wanted. I must have called Nick a dozen times on his cell, even when he was not at work, forgot they are closed on Mondays, yet he answered and made me feel I was always important to him. With Nicks professionalism and positive attitude, I would refer anyone who asked to go see Nick. This was Nicks first deal with someone from Virginia and yet there were no flaws in the transaction. Very happy riders on a beautiful Victory Vision Tour from a person and company I will be glad to purchase from in the future.

I took my victory into all sport to get the fork seals replaced and some other minor things done. I was quoted $628 after-tax. They called me in the middle of the repair and told me that the fork seal repair would actually be an additional 300 dollars and a couple of weeks extra for them to complete the repair. I asked them if I could have the bike back without them doing the repair but they required $500 before they would turn the bike back over to me to cover the minor things that were already done. I really only wanted the fork seals fixed and the bill came to $900 and when I informed the manager he said that it was a mistake by the front desk service technician for the low quote and he would fix it, but offered no compensation for me. Their customer service is terrible and I will never do business with them again.

First off all I would like to say that I live 300 miles from Allsport (I live near Missoula) and to receive this kind of service is unacceptable. Its not so easy for me to just get in a car and get there. I was highly interested in their 12 white/black R6. Walked around their store for 15ish mins hoping that somebody from sales department will offer some help. Since everybody was too busy chitchating, I asked one of two guys at the desk for help. He convinced me politely that "I will be helped in a minute". That minute turned into 30 plus minutes of extra waiting so I got out. My advice to everybody on personal experience: DO NOT go to this place at any cost. Its not worth the trouble. Too bad there is no option for zero stars.
