BUYER BEWARE.....MUST RETURN IN ORIGINAL UNOPENED PACKAGE....this is what I was told by Dani at the Polaris store. I purchased a Lightening McQueen 6" RC Car for my 4 year old grandson (this is the only thing he wanted in the entire store). When we got home it did not work (was like it had a short or something). I took it back the next day and was told as above "it must be in original, unopened package" by a worker named Dani....I explained it is hard to know it is not going to work properly in the package and that I had tried to play with the car and it stopped/started continuously. Again she repeated...unopened package. Just wanted to let buyers beware of this policy....I will not be shopping there anymore! And by the way in the words of my grandson "that store is junk"....all because his car did not run.

Wanted to return a Bel wand and Bel tiara, that wasnt even used . I had just bought it yesterday . But didnt want it for my daughter. So I came to return it. Lady up front said I couldnt return it because she gave me a final sale on the Bel wand ($1.94) off because it didnt turn on . She said it probably just needs a new battery. Well the lady from yesterday NEVER told me it wasnt returnable. I explained to the lady that it wasnt even used . I had just bought it like 8pm yesterday. I will make sure I talk to the head manager o Corp. VERY DISSAPOINTED WITH THIS SERVICE

Had horrible experience in the Disney store in Polaris OHIO on May 20th. MY wife used my debt card to make a purchase under 15 dollars and they treated her like she was a thief for using my card. They made a big seen in front of everyone in the store. It is embarrassing and totally unprofessional. I will not be stepping back into that store again until they rely back. Ridiculous behavior.

Was very disappointed with the lack of professionalism. I came in with a small group of adults with disabilities and was embarrassed by the way we were treated. Ive always had a good experience with this store and hate that one employee can leave such a sour taste in my mouth.

Witnessed a nurse who was dress up like Ariel, a disney character. Get kicked by one of the employees for disrupting the store....... which was empty beside my boyfriend and I. The employees are just plain rude.
