I have been to Big Fun probably 20+ times. It has always been my go-to spot for unique vintage toys for gifts. On any other day but yesterday I would rated it 5 stars. BUT I had such a bad experience yesterday with an employee I will NEVER go back. I was walking along one of the very cramped aisles and knocked one of the action figure boxes down with my purse (there was another on the ground as well). I picked them both up and tried to to hang them on a very crowded/over-stuffed rack. They kept falling down. I got one but decided to give up on the rest and move on. As Im walking away, a very condescending employee (female, not sure of name) comes up behind me and asks "Um can I HELP you?". I said "Sorry, these keep falling down. I tried!" She then bent down to pick them up, glaring at me the whole time (like an angry mother to a child...Im 25). With the most arrogant tone she said "OH. BUMMER." She then continued to glare at me. It was sooooo uncomfortable. I was planning on spending a good amount of money there that day for my boyfriends birthday. Instead I left empty-handed and very angry. I did not have "BIG FUN"... A customer should NEVER be made to feel this way by an employee. I will never go back.

Super neat store with friendly staff. I was recently in the store while I was on a business trip to Columbus and was looking for a fidget spinner for my daughter and they were the only store within walking distance from my hotel that had one. I bought five fidget spinners from them, but unfortunately once my daughter opened them up when I got back to Georgia one of them was broke. I immediately phoned the store to let them know and they did not hesitate about correcting the problem. They immediately sent me a new one to my home which arrived in about 3 days. I always stop here when I come in town once a year. Last year I bought a bunch of little Pokemon figures they had in container (when they were the "it" toy). I can always find something in here to bring back to my daughter. Love the customer service and I will definitely be back when I return to Columbus.

I think they have every toy from my childhood, and every toy I wished for during my childhood. He has an amazing collection of new and collectables...you would have to spend all day in the store to see every thing he has. We actually went in to the store for about an hour, left, had lunch and returned to the store. They also buy and sell, so if there is a special request you have, they are worth contacting to see if you can locate that toy or game from your past that you would love to have again.

They are amazing! such a killer store with new and vintage toys. They always went above and beyond with helping us to try and find the specific stuff were looking for. They even had a layaway plan for stuff that is expensive and you can come and get it when you can pay for it all. Highly recommended shop for all sorts of gifts! PS: they even have all the vintage Star Wars figures - EVEN Boosh, the bounty hunter that was actually Leah, you know!

This toy store is brilliant. The employees are fun, interactive, and extremely passionate about what they do. The store has absolutely everything 80s. The toy selection is great, and had exactly what I was looking for. My total came to $62 and they took it down to $50. What other store would do that? Absolutely a must-see for toy enthusiasts in the Columbus area. It was an incredible experience, and Im definitely going back.

Its an amazing retro toy store aimed primarily at nerdy, nostalgic adults. Did mom throw away your TMNT and He-Man toys, or your Fisher Price Little People (which were WAY more awesome back in the day, choking hazards aside), and you have been regretting it ever since? This is the store for you. Its a fantastic local business and the staff are knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the toys. Highly recommended.

Went to a restaurant on North High St. I walked past this store and was totally intrigued. So i had to step in. Whoah, this place is amazing. I saw all the toys me ad my brothers had growing up.They had Garbage Pail Kids. OMG I remember when these things were huge in elementary school. But yeah this store is amazing, all kinds of toys from the 70s, 80s, 90s. I even saw a Munchichi, oh wow.

This place is fantastic! Absolute heaven for a toy collector. Be sure to take your time looking over everything youre sure to find a hidden gem. Great selection of older toys and new collectibles. Friendly helpful staff always ready to help. Great pricing on newer and older toys. Im not from Columbus, but I make sure to stop in every time Im in town.

Be sure to stop into this place, eveb if it is just to look around. I feel like anyone could find something of interest. All types of vintage toys from your youth, as well as current finds. Its jam packed full of toys, toys, toys - and other interesting memorabilia.

This place is awesome. They sell all kinds of vintage toys and action figures. The best part is theres no huge markup. Sometimes its fun to just stop by to look around, although I do recommended buying something to support this great establishment.
