My initial impression of the store was favorable ,Its a very impressive looking store that was designed in good taste ,I was greeted within minutes and at first the conversation was pleasant however upon the mere mention of the word Harley Davidson things went downhill quickly the person I was speaking to claimed he was the owner of the store and he was incessant in his bashing of Harleys he claimed that he worked for Harley for "many years" and he described how he personally observed HDs lack of quality control and he claimed they were spiraling downward quickly ,He then began to tell me about Indians history and this is when I decided I was leaving ,its true Indian Motorcycle has a history however the Indians being produced today have a 3yr history that is absolutely as far as this company goes back so that was a real bad angle to attempt to sell me a bike ,he was quick to point out many examples of Indians exemplary finished products and countered with "Harleys finished product is miserable " 3 days later I purchased my new 2017 Harley Davidson street bob from Rahway Harley ,Im pleased with it and all its imperfections that were so noted to me .

I had The pleasure to buy my new 2017 Indian chieftain from Ron and Jason at Indian of Monmouth county, Ron and Jason are very polite ,respectful and know the Motorcycles inside and out. The second you walk into the dealership you automatically feel as if you are a part of their family, it is very warm and welcoming and you feel like you never want to leave. The dealership is absolutely beautiful and the motorcycles are completely stunning and they leave you with wanting more and more in your garage . My husband, myself and our children love to just drop by the dealership just to say hi and look at all the new motorcycles and beautiful merchandise that is available. they have a beautiful guestroom that has a pool table, pinball machines and delicious coffee freshly brewed cold or hot. This dealership is by far the best dealership I have ever been to in my life! I am proud to be a part of the Indian Motorcycle family ,Ron and Jason made it possible for me ❤ dreams do come true !!!!

The people at the Indian Motorcycle of Monmouth were friendly, knowledgeable and tremendously helpful from start to finish. They walked me through the purchase of my first new bike the whole way, advising me on the benefits vs costs and helping me choose the right bike for me .They were extremely helpful with the various accessories without giving me any pressure. The owners Ron & Jason are great . Jason who was the one primarily who helped me, was amiable and very transparent when it came to pricing, functionality and quality. And I dont wanna forget to mention, the motorcycle itself is pretty awesome! Overall, I would highly recommend that anyone searching for a motorcycle check Indian Motorcycle of Monmouth first. It was a phenomenal experience!

Purchased a battery at the beginning of the season for my touring bike and unfortunately I had some issues with it. I called them up and let them know the trouble I was having and they told me to come swap it out the next day and the new battery would be fully charged and ready to go. No questions asked. The owner and staff have been great any time I have been by the showroom.

Went in to do some shopping lol and welcome them to the neighborhood. They are so friendly and have us a tour of the building. Took the time to tell us about all the bikes and there history which was amazing. Such an experience!!! They also have a fireplace outside were you are welcome to hang and talk about bikes!!! Honestly I wouldnt go anywhere else!!

I went over to the Indian dealer today for a issue i had with my new bike i was greeted with a bunch of hellos owners came over introduced themselves and offered coffee or drinks and gave me a tour of the place while the mechanic fixed the problem.
