This place is horrible. I heard horror stories from people that use to work here and was told not to bring my bike here, but since this is the closest place I figured how bad could it be. I took it here to get my first service and they put the oil filter in wrong and I had a hugh oil leak. Had them pick it up to fix it and that resulted in a second leak. Next I had a temp gauge issue and when I brought it up the "master mechanic" asked me how to display the air temp on the dash. I decided this year to get termi exhaust. I drove up there to pick it up and when I got home and opened it it had defects all over the carbon fiber. I took it back and they said that the marks were from it being on display. I paid $1500 and they tried to pawn of a used display model as new. I took my exhaust up there to get it put back on and they charged $600 dollars to do work that should have cost $300. I put one of the cans together myself in 15 mins and they tried to tell me that it took them 2 hours to do the other one. To top to it off every single time I got my bike back for them, it had grease and finger prints all over it. You would think that they would at least wipe it down before they give it back. The people here are either incompetent or just dont care about the customer. I plan on driving the extra hour to go to martins or cross country and when I buy the new Panigale next summer they will definitely not get my money.

I know this doesnt matter since the dealership is going out of business but I feel like I have to say something. I dropped my bike off over the spring for my very expensive 15k service and they assured me that my bike would be ready in a week. Since I live an hour and a half away this was very important because the only day I could pick it up was Saturday. When I called on the Thursday before my bike was supposed to be ready to check the status since nobody had called me. They told me they hadnt even started on my bike. With much annoyance I told them that this was no acceptable because since I have no way to transport the bike without assistance of someone else that it took planning on my end to get up there and back. Well they ended up getting my bike ready on the day the said, however after having the bike sit for sometime now. I have lost my entire take of gas due to a leaking gas tank. And I no longer have any more coolant in my bike because that as well is leaking. Now I can not ride my bike that I gave FBF 1500 of my hard earned money for a bike that is now in worse shape then when I dropped it off. Now I need to find another dealer in my limited area to have the bike service. I wish this post would do something but I know that since they are closing their franchise that it does absolutely nothing. The most I can hope is that nobody falls into the same trap I did.

Ive visited a few times over the years. But last week I stopped in to see what new bikes are out. So I go in and something in the corner caught my eye. A 2005 Ducati 749S that looks brand new. In anniversary Ducati red and a partial white tail,10,000 miles previously owned by an older adult. Its been babied for all these years. So then I saw the price $6800.00 , I offered$6000.00 and hoag the salesman says you got it. Its gorgeous. I also brought a new Ducati corse helmet by Arai. Beautiful. And all the stuff is 25% off helmets and gear. I also bought a foot high platform to display the bike in my man cave during the winter. So I pick it up in about 5 hours. Yee haa what a machine. Its a shame ferracci is closing in a few months. Get it while you can. Thanks for listening.

if there was an option to award no stars it would have served this establishment a more accurate representation. if purchasing from this dealer you should expect the following: horrible customer service (if any at all) rude management (with the exception of one or two employees) over priced service (if your able to get someone on the phone to schedule an appointment) dont expect to see anything you have ordered arrive on time and if it does you probably wont hear about it for at least a week after it has arrived. a child that spends his day burning ants with a magnifying glass would do a better job managing this office than the current staff.

Went to buy a scrambler I know its close to closing time I did want to test drive. I have bought the damn thing today possibly. a salesman didnt even take my name. Went to the Kentucky Fried Chicken next door and suggested to the kid that took my order who was much more helpful and friendlier to get a job next door maybe theyd sell more motorcycles.

Today I stopped with a good friend. He was a motorcyclist until six years ago before the onset of Parkinsons disease. The person at the part counter, whos name I lost, gave us undivided attention for 15-20 minutes just to talk bikes. It reflects highly on his good qualities and the business, Fast by Ferracci. Many thanks.

I happen to love this place, even though my bike, a Moto Guzzi Griso, is not one of their hot sellers. Mr. Ferracci spent a lot of time himself working on tuning my bike and the whole staff was very helpful. Theyve always been friendly too, never elitist.

I stumbled upon a Streetfighter S they had listed. Sent an email to inquire about the bike. Hoak responded promotly and stayed in contact answering all my questions. We agreed on a price and time. I arrived Saturday morning bringing the rain with me

Jim and all the folks are awesome and helpful people. Making the transition from Streetbike to Touring has been easier with their help and talking with Mr Ferracci is always a pleasure. Would give them 10 stars if they let me.

Took my 2013 Diavel there for service. They did a good job. They also installed the new tires and everything works great.
