Bought a used dirtbike from this dealership in December 2016. Got the bike for a decent price, but thats about the only upside. Got the bike outside to load it on my truck and the salesman looked at me like I had six heads when I asked him to help me load the bike onto my truck. Cnon man, I know its cold and all, but I just gave you guys a lot of money. Got it home and tried to ride it, but the bike ran very poorly after about a minute of riding, and after much anguish and troubleshooting it was determined it needed new intake valves. Took it to a shop to get the work done and they told me the oil filter had been installed backwards, starving the engine of oil. After contacting Bromley about this mulitiple times, I was told they would help me pay for repairs, but that never happened. I absolutely would NOT deal with these guys again, just another wishy-washy dealer in it for a quick buck it seems.

Love this place! I bought my second bike from them brand new. They were having a sale on a 2014 left over that I just couldnt pass up. They are extremely knowledgeable on most any motorcycle, not just their own stock. Very low pressure and an all around great atmosphere, and buying experience. Ive also had my bike serviced here a couple of times. Turn around time is always reasonable, work is done properly, and they have never damaged my bike. Its more than likely Ill be buying my third bike from them when the time comes. I highly recommend this place if youre in the Philadelphia area.
