It was amazing experience ever . They service was wonderful from the time I step on the lot.Friendly people Tavon was wonder he explain everything step by step he was patient with me.Mike was friendly and jolly while waiting for my paper work to go threw they made me feel at home. It seem like I knew them for years, also when I went on the test drive they made me feel like it was already mines.I love everyone there I will come back again and again. After spending 2 weeks searching for a car and being disappointed I wanted to give up. I was driving down belair rd on my way to another dealer but spotted this lot because the car I wanted was sitting front row. Went into the office was greeted with a warm welcome I told them exactly what I wanted and what money I had and they made it happen in less than 2 hours. That was a miracle because I just spend 2 weeks hearing nothing but nonsense. These guys are awesome and I will definitely recommend them and come back in the future

My experience had to be the best , easiest car buying experience ever!!! Tavon & Mike went over and beyond in keeping the deal easy, comfortable and within my budget as promised. If you fear smaller dealerships....DONT. After visiting 6 other dealerships of many sizes, this one was by far the best. From the customer service, to the selection AND quality of the cars available to the cleanliness of their environment. Please be warned, this company only does Maryland Inspections, but wont install new air filters for their vehicles. They sold me a car with extremely bad air filters. They refused to reimburse me the difference for the cost of the filters and labor to install. I took the car to a license Mazda dealership to get fully inspected and verify the condition of the car.
