Been almost a year that I purchased my scooter from Tony. Since then Ive done some upgrades. The shop guys have done a great job with major (major to me, lol) upgrades, installs and service. Ive worked with AERIAL at the parts counter on rounding up all my goodies. In fact just today I called him from Oklahoma told him what I was looking for and that Id be there just before closing time. Get there and he had my stuff waiting for me on the counter. Showed me a few different options and talked me thru what he thought I was looking for. Made conversation bout the 4th of July weekend, closed the deal and out I went. No disappointments here. Great Job Wild West One happy biker Buster 08 ultra classic Lubbock, Tx

Though the people are fun, dont expect to get treated well. You would think that even after puchasing bikes from here initially that they would want to keep the business in town. Due to the way I was treated, and several others for that matter in just a very short time... we have chosen to take our business elsewhere... And they have too! Not even going to get service done, would take it somewhere else FIRST! Come to find out, service isnt in line here at all. Sorry to hear, hope something happens to change that frame of mind around! But my business is elsewhere now.

Dropped into get a replacement headset cord and baggage net while traveling from Dallas, Texas to San Diego. All staff members were very friendly and helpf and went out of their way to locate what we needed. A special shout out to Clint for going over and above necessary. Great Experience. Great Folks!

Used to be a fantastic place, with plenty of tables for bikers to relax from the road or simply wait for service to be done. The new owner has removed the tables and told staff and tech that "if they dont want to buy, they shouldnt be in here." Ive taken my business elsewhere.

Drive to Dallas if you are buying a bike. They wont deal at all and charge a lot for services etc. Its worth the drive to Grand Prairie Tx. Svc and oil change better price and they do EXTRAs for you.

Took my old sporty in for a look-over and some routine maintenance. The staff patiently answered my dumb questions, they got my bike out the door fast, and it didnt cost an arm and a leg.
