I have been buying ATVs for many years. I had the best experience I have ever had dealing with Destination Cycle. Kent Dyer was the main contact who was prompt, professional, and courteous the entire time. When he was tied up I worked with Crista and she was equally as pleasant. I also got to meet the owner and I have to say that the down to earth attitude in the dealership definitely comes from the top. I have dealt with other stores in Boerne and San Antonio that carry the same make and models as Destination and I will ALWAYS make the drive to Kerrville for the experience. I am 20 years invested in running Automotive dealerships so I know what great service should be and I finally found it in Kerrville. If you are in South Texas, dont waste your time with the games played at Alamo in SA or Yamaha in Boerne.

Bought a helmet from Chuck when I purchased my bike. Wound up buying a different one for my wife in Houston. Wanted them to match. Chuck got me one to match in 2 days and exchanged the original for it. When I picked it up he made sure I knew how everthing worked. He did the same with the Joe Rocket jackets we purchased. Highly recommend. Chuck will treat you right. If you looking for a bike go see Chris. Very nice and knowledgeable about the bikes they have. Spent the time to answer questions and find answers to questions I had after purchasing my bike. Followed up with me to make sure I got back to Houston without issue as I was trailering the bike I bought which I appreciated. Great group of people at this store.

Again, the kind and awesome staff and amazing customer service at Destination Cycle allowed us to enjoy riding during our holiday in Texas Hill country! We are from Canada and this is the second year in a row Ive had a significant breakdown in Texas... but thankfully, Jeff in the Service Dept got me in quickly, diagnosed the problem, got the parts in ASAP and did the repairs to perfection so my hubby and I were able to ride those beautiful hill country twisties. Thanks so much Sarah, Bob, Chuck, Jeff and the rest of the Destination staff. We couldnt be more impressed or happier! And weve made wonderful and lasting friends in the process! I had never been to Destination Cyclesports before, but after my Honda trike left me stranded on the side of the road, they were there to save the day. I took in the trike and Chuck was extremely helpful and professional. After an inexpensive diagnostic the shop found that I had a minor issue and was out the door within a couple of days. I was totally astonished at the prices, and professionalism that everyone here showed. I hope my trike never breaks down again, but if it does then I know where Ill be going. Thank you!!!

I was on vacation when I noticed my rear tire was worn. I called first thing in the morning. They actually had the tire (size, model & brand). I showed up and they had me out the door about an hour later. The tire price was within $10 of Internet prices. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. Took care of my right away. Highly recommended. I dont recall the name of the ticket writer (ro number 38526), he was great as well as the parts management. Definitely a positive experience.

Chuck at Destination is hands down the best guy ever to work with. We have a shop and Chuck will go out of his way to get us what we need! Not only is he awesome but his personality is one of a kind and will for sure put a smile on your face! Good customer service is a big deal to me and Chuck has stellar customer service. August 2014: Purchased my first bike and I am completely satisfied with the purchase experience, the staff were a delight, A+. I purchased a 2005 Yamaha V Star 650 Classic . I literally purchased the bike first, within the week took the Motor Cycle Safety Course at Shriners Facility in San Antonio and on the 2nd day passed the course and went directly to DPS and received my Class M endorsement. Buy a bike from Destination Cycle, Take the safety course and Ride! I am hooked.

Yep, I started my motorcycle life just over two years ago. Without any prior two wheel experience, I decided my First bike would be a Ninja 300, and after 7,000 or so miles. Great place for parts, service, and bikes. Ive always received excellent service for my bikes at Destination. From Chuck at parts to Joe in the service department. I drive 3 hours from Laredo to get my bikes serviced ( I dont trust many people when it comes to my bikes ) when its something I dont want to do and they always help me out. They dont overcharge and always make me feel right at home.

While in from out of town to ride the sisters my wife and I had a flat. We arrived by wrecker about 10 mins after closing time. Luckily Paul was still in the parking lot. He unlocked the garage, helped me unload and push my bike in. They had me ready to go by 10:30 the next morning. Fair price , great service. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Paul and Destination Cycles service department.
