Started out good, then went all downhill. Purchased some high dollar accessories for my motorcycle and was told by the owner they were universal and should fit no problem. Got them home and tried installing on MC to no avail. The saddlebags were just too big and would cause a potential fire due to sitting on the exhaust. I tried bringing them back with tags still attached and all the very next week and the salesmen would not take them as they were "clearance items" they do not take returns. I was told to wait until the owner gets back from vacation to discuss potential return with him. Called owner back and was told no exceptions, even though from the beginning he stated they would fit. Talk about BAIT AND SWITCH. Beyond me, He would rather lose a long-term customer over making it right. Would have looked at a potential motorcycle trade-in this year but not after receiving this treatment. Take your business elsewhere as money seems to be the only object in their eyes here.

I had a Great Experience with Watts Powersports, now called Adventure Powersports. I worked with Cameron and he was a good guy. I purchased my KTM 500 EXC from Cam while traveling through on a work assignment; and due to my frequent multi-state travel for work and some self inflicted issues, due to my negligence, I had some issues (self inflicted, due to my negligence) with getting license plates for my bike. It was a 3-4 month long process, in which Cam was very professional, prompt and knowledgable the entire time. I literally finished the process today 9 March 2016. I would highly recommend Adventure Powersports to anyone. No complaints here.

This shop is great. I left a much needed rear tire change until the last minute before a cross-country blitz back to home in San Diego. Called them up late on a Wednesday, they said they could have the tire by noon on Thursday (needed to order it from distributor). Sure enough, they had it in hand and were ready to put it on as soon as I pulled up with the bike and now Im ready to roll out Friday morning. Friendly, prompt and efficient, and much better pricing than almost any of the other choices in the eastern NM/west TX area. Definitely worth the 200 mile round trip, definitely will be heading back for the next round of tires.

Done a lot of business both here and Family Powersports (FPS) and I prefer Watts. Bought an R1 from them back in 2012 and theyve been top notch with the service. Ken knows how to get some work done. Bought a Kawasaki from FPS about 5yrs back and tried to get parts and service for a victory as well. I wont even shop at FPS anymore because they never seem to want my business. Dropped off a bike at FPS once for service and waited 3 weeks and they never touched it except for a 3 inch scratch they left on my fender.

Worst motorcycle shop in Lubbock BY FAR! I walked in to see an employee on one of the bikes like a child. They tried three different times to look up a part for me but was unsuccessful. I gave them the actual part number and then my year, make and model of my bike and they still ordered the wrong part. Whats even worse is they acted like this happens all the time and its not that big of deal. Do yourself a favor and use another dealer.

Watts did a good job fixing my flat tire. They got me in and out same day. Much better attitude and service than Family Powersports. Price is a little better, too, and it was fixed right the 1st time.

Good people here. I was a stranger traveling through town and needed a minor repair - Ken fit me right in, and treated me as I were a friend and regular customer. Most appreciated.

Passing through town and had a screw snap off my windscreen. Could have been a trip killer but the guys at Adventure had me back on the road quickly. Awesome service.
