Today we did the order checklist and I specifically put in the notes items needed for Christmas dinner. They didnt put two items in the order, one of which is steak, the main corse. I called and they said they didnt have time. Excuse me? You didnt have time to fulfill my whole order and their response was oh well, walk in the front door and go get it yourself. When you pay $5 for the service and their response is they didnt have time. I placed this order online several days ago for pick up today and even picked it up 2 hours after their cut off time...they still didnt have time. Meanwhile all my frozen goods must sit in the car while we go shopping for the missing items they didnt have time to go grab for us. Bad customer service to say the least. You pay for a service that they cant even provide and then tell you to pay for what they did bother to go get and go park and go shopping for the rest. I hope when I get home my order is right and they hopefully gave me produce that isnt going to expire before Christmas. Also they sent me via email a $5 off coupon to use kroger checklist, no place to input at time of order placement, I added a note about it with the code, of course it wasnt used...Im sure they didnt have time to enter the code.

Customer beware. I was delivering a load of produce to this store (Kroger store 569) and I witnessed 2 receiving clerks throwing cases of produce on the floor when the pallet was too tall. They then threw the cases on another pallet and Im certain they put it out on the floor. Several concerns with. #1 is food safety. The loading dock is not a sanitized location. #2 customers are expecting their produce to be handled with a consideration of care that it is fresh food and will be taken home without immediate bruising. #3 The consideration that receiving clerks have a job to do. That is to unload trucks with safety and product protection as key components to their job. I saw none of that. I saw disgruntled associates that were throwing cases of fresh produce like 5 year olds. So if you are considering shopping for your food items at this store, consider this factual account from behind the curtain. If you are a regular customer and notice your produce shows bruising soon after you take it home, think of what I witnessed as one of the possible causes.

I grew up shopping at Kroger and its my preferred grocery store over Walmart & Publix. With that said, this is a Marketplace, meaning aside from groceries, it has small appliances, jewelry, clothing, toys, etc. Think of it of a smaller Walmart Supercenter. They do have the option to buy online for pickup, which is a nice feature. However my problem with this Kroger is the fact that every time I go, regardless of time of day or day of the week, they seem to be frequently sold out of select popular cuts of meats (particularly beef) in the meat department. Its hard to plan for meals for your family for the week when they dont even have the meats you want to buy. Ive always found myself having to go to another store, just for meat or planning an alternative meal for that day. Other than that, I like this Kroger!

The store is not well stocked and while its clean, its shelves are frequently empty of specials. The lettuce is usually an embarrassment to any store and the bread is frequently not fresh -- they dont police their vendors! The ONLY reason I shop here is because it is less than 2 miles from my house and I use US Bank. And OH, I almost forgot. I made direct comments with the store manager and he asked me to show him -- I did. All he could do was blame his "teenage" workers. When I said something 6 months later he basically blew me off and said they "were only given certain resources" from Corporate. Good luck if you shop here. Youll still find what you want but not the sale or maybe not even the brand you want.

Produce ranges from fresh to rotten, I have had multiple loaves of bread with mold (got home and opened up and the mold is always on the 2nd slice in, so you cant see from the outside). Employees are rude and the store is always under-staffed. Wine prices are at least $5+ over what you would find in the liquor store and I have never seen a manager on the floor. The Kroger I used to shop at in Franklin, TN was always wonderful...what a disappointment a few miles North makes! Went back to shopping at Publix because of this store!!!

I generally feel that Kroger us pretty good, but this is probably the best. It is huge and the Daikin radish that I can no longer find in Nashville was available there. I was very satisfied. They do have other departments that are not at other Kroger I have been to, but I did not have time to explore them. Still would have preferred an even wider array if veggies. Did not get to see if the had the vegan stuff (not counting frozen foods). Will look for that If I ever get to go there again. Its a long way from nashville.

It is like an upscale Wal-Mart. I say that meaning the store space is huge like a Wal-Mart, but overall it seems cleaner and has higher end selections. Good deli, massive butcher area and seafood selection. Olive bar, sushi station, sub shop, and the general kroger deli foods section all included. They also have a home goods section, which is rare for most krogers here in Middle Tennessee. Best part is the lines usually arent too bad and they always have baggers ready.

One of the cleanest grocery stores Ive ever been in, with a phenomenal selection of everything from fruit and vegetables, to health foods, and all of your regular grocery store items. Includes a decent selection of non-grocery items like clothing, automotive, outdoors, toys, and school supplies to name a few. The Kroger Click-List online shopping ability is also available here, and something my family uses when we dont have time to run into the store.

Krogers is usually a great place to shop except on this occasion, they have developed a problem on keeping the salad bar stocked. They shut it down at 7 pm and it was 4: 30 and some items were out. To make a long story short, they were just letting g it run down so there wouldnt be as much stuff to clean up. The mgr said they would remedy this and coach the deli employees but well just have to wait and see.

Kroger Marketplace is usually great, but their recent reorganization of the store hasnt been handled very well. Many of the items we were looking for on our last visit had been moved to less-than-intuitive locations. We were also overcharged for an item, though I suspect this may have been the result of it being moved but not correctly labeled on the shelf.

I loved the self check out here! I usually cant figure them out but these are super easy to use and got me out quick. They also offer paper bags- if you ask.It was the only place I could find #KingCake for #Mardigras #FatTuesday this year. The king cake was awesome. The store is not large but is well stocked and the employees are friendly and helpful.
