They used to be my "go to store" but now that theyve announced that they are dropping the senior discount on Wednesdays, I have no reason to continue shopping exclusively at Kroger. The Walmart supercenter is a stones throw down the road and generally has lower prices. The produce and meats arent as good as Krogers but they are still good and are less expensive. So, do to this companys betrayal of seniors, the fact that prices are higher than Walmarts, the fact that they refuse to open the registers before 7am, thereby forcing shoppers (even those who have two full shopping carts) to use the self checkout, the store itself isnt a 24 hour store and despite this when they open at 6am the isles are often blocked by stockers, merchandise, boxes, etc because apparently Kroger doesnt take advantage of all the hours where they shut their doors to customers and stock the shelves then. Rather they choose to impede their customers by waiting to stock while customers are trying to shop. I usually try to shop early in the morning because the parking lot is less full and one can navigate it without too much difficulty. If you wait and shop in the later morning to evening hours you may find it difficult to find a parking space and or navigate through the lot safely. So, for these reasons I cannot give this store a very good rating nor can I recommend it.

Went for 3 things and left empty handed. Wanted to get a pepperoni Digorno or Freshetta thin crust. Nope! Wanted to get Ben and Jerrys Boomchocolata. Again, nope! Thought about getting pork for dinner. It was twice as much as the piggly wiggly in Cross Plains -- RIPOFF! Went to front desk to request these items. Clerk told me I need a UPC code or they cant get it. Why would I go to food lion or walmart to buy something and then come back to kroger to show you what it is? Its not like kroger has anything I cant get down the street. I will just buy it somewhere else, and probably for cheaper too. What a waste of time. Thanks for nothing. Only reason to go is their cheaper gas. Last time I got gas there the neck beard clerk was super condescending because I couldnt read his mind on the next step to buy the gas. He would sit there and after 7 seconds would said "uhh. You gotta slide your card now." About a month ago I was in the self checkout and caught 3 wrong prices. I would have paid too much.

The pharmacy is terrible. For some reason I am never able to refill my prescriptions via phone, so I have to call. They never answer my calls so I always have to go in to get my prescriptions refilled. Then half the time when I actually get a prescription refilled it ends up at the Marketplace. The staff Id incredibly unfriendly, and when I finally get someone to answer they act so upset that I was only calling to refill a prescription, which I wouldnt have to do if their system works in the first place

I shop here frequently. I love the selection of healthy and organic foods. Kroger marketplace in Gallatin has an even better selection, but this location is typically more convenient for me. Kroger cards are free and make everything cheaper, including a 3 cent discount on gas. For every $100 you spend in the store, you get $0.10 per gallon discount on gas. The gas station tends to be very crowded.

Entering the parking lot is taking your life into your hands. Insufficient handicapped parking. Abundant questionable sales gimicks. Store layout totally illogical. Customer service is not very friendly through out. I am totally disappointed in pharmacy drive up. I Often encounter long waits.

The parking lot here is choppy which makes it difficult to get around. The workers should go visit publix or chip file a to see what customer service should be like and last..this is 2017, where is the car charging station? ?

Convenient, close by and the staff are very friendly to help you in anyway. Only thing is that they close at midnight everyday and dont sell alcohol beverages past 8pm on the week days and 11pm on Saturdays.

This is a great Kroger. The only issue I have is that theres almost always a wait for the gas station. Which I know they cant really control, I usually just get gas somewhere else because of it.

Chubby manager there very disrespectful! Other manager with blonde hair and glasses was more than rude. I will never be back in this place at all. Seemed very prejudice to me!

Remodeled not too long ago but the way they redesigned the parking lot makes it really hard to get in and out. Gas station is always busy.. Clean and well stocked store.
