The food here is pretty good. All of the dishes I have had are seasoned and cooked well. There is a wide selection of options, so the menu is sure to have something for everyone. The prices are down-to-earth too. There is lots of food with each entree. The desserts are plentiful, as well. The service is always great..very pleasant, helpful, polite & knowledgeable about the menu...but my orders inaccurate more times than accurate. My first visit, I ordered a bowl of turnip greens with corn muffins, but I received a bowl of pinto beans and corn muffins instead. They promptly corrected my order. My second visit, I ordered the same thing, but received turnip greens and pinto beans and corn muffins. I didnt realize the mistake until I got home. Small inconveniences, so I will still to back. Also, it is always so crowded in the general store area. Because of all the store items and there is no place to sit and wait inside the restaurant, it is difficult for customers to get to the dining area or wait to be seated or wait for a carry-out. However, it is a nice family-friendly restaurant, good food, plenty of parking, good prices and friendly staff. 09/10 - Food Quality 07/10 - Food Quantity 10/10 - Food Variety 07/10 - Food Prices 06/10 - Customer Service 04/10 - Customer Wait Time 07/10 - Dining Atmosphere 04/10 - Dining Congestion 08/10 - Parking

I arrived at Cracker Barrel with five people... It was about 11:20 am... We didnt want a table with one chair on the end because we would not have enough space to eat... We waited about 45 min. And my son-in-law went to ask how long it would be.. The lady said it would be awhile since we needed a bigger table.... So not knowing he had already asked I went and told them we had been here almost an hour... He told me the story... I sat there and then went to find out myself.... I told the lady we had been here almost an hour with a party of five... And she told me that they only had certain party tables.... We didnt have a party of people... We had five that could have been a family of five.... Would they have been waiting that long to be seated.... I doubt it.... My husband and myself love Cracker Barrel and we go all the time.... Whenever we go out of town we look for CB.... I have never seen a group of people have to wait this long.....I am very disappointed... I went outside and told the rest of them I was leaving if they wanted to stay they could.... We all left and went to Buffalo Wild Wings.... I live in Woodbury and when I shop in providence I get something from here to go.... Not anymore I will go to Sonic first... Thank you for your time and for wasting mine... Because I was going to Alabama and now I am not... So thanks again...

Arrived at 5pm. Hostess took us back, realized that the table she was taking us to was just seated. Asked us our names and said to stand by the fireplace. Then they continued to seat people. 15 minutes later we asked and they said they had called our name in the main lobby. We sat down, had my 4 year old and 6 year old with us. Ordered. Got our food an hour later. 620 pm by this time. Girls food was fine. I received a piece of raw catfish. Now dont get me wrong, I love sashimi, but not sure this catfish was harvested to those standards. Sent it back, along with the hash brown casserole that was on the plate with it. At 7pm the incompetent manager brought me out a to go box with another piece of catfish bc the kids had had enough sitting there watching the paint peel. I asked him where my hash brown casserole was. He ran back to the back again. 10 minutes later he came back out with a to go cup of hash brown casserole. As he handed it to me, I handed him the to go box with the second filet of catfish sashimi I had received this night. I have not seen a $hit show like that in all my years. Oh but at least it was free!

Empty restaurant when we went in at 2:00. Took about 8 mins to place a drink order. Placed order. Left at 2:45. People that came in after us, ordered, ate, and were gone when i just couldnt take anymore. Manager had finally come by and said "Ill take care of it" and took off to kitchen. 5 minutes later, another table served that had come in after us. Like, maybe a biscuit or something would have helped while the Manager took care of it. I have never had this happen at other Cracker Barrels. No more Mt Juliet for me.

Slow seating. Told us three times we were next then seated someone else. Mgr said waitress would be right with us but she wasnt. I ordered pancakes and my wife got a fried chicken BLT. It had no tomato according to the waitress they had none. The waitress had to go back for syrup and mayo. Theres really no escaping the fact that they have a problem in this store.

Last night at around 7 pm, we ordered Campfire Chicken and there were no red skinned potatoes in the meal like advertised. We did not realize it until we left because we were so tired and hungry. Our waitress Jayd was a sweetheart though. Just wish we had those red skinned potatoes. Disappointed that the food that you order is not what you get and no one told us.

Contrary to the previous review, Cracker Barrel originated in Lebanon, Tennessee where its head quarters remains. It offers good "comfort" food and shopping with items that are hard to find in new market places. This restaurant offers food for all ages. Everything is good with the exception of the barbeque which lacks the hickory pit taste and a good sauce.

We stop at Cracker Barrel often, especially when travelling... The good is always good, everything is clean and the service is top notch. However... I was certainly looking forward to fried apples but low and behold, they were out!! How can Cracker a barrel be out of their signature fried apples?? :-( nonetheless, you cant go wrong at Cracker Barrel!!

I love Cracker Barrel and eat at many different locations. This location in Mt Juliet Tn is just awful. The people are great but the food is always old, stale, cold, undercooked dumplings and overcooked pinto beans. I tried this location 4 times looking for improvement on their food but no luck. Sorry guys but you are not very good cooks.

This place is awesome. I mean, a few exits from the original, but my gosh, amazing. Plus its right by everything youll ever need. Theres a target, a Kroger and movies and everything else near by. On a cold winter day, the fire is always a nice touch as well. The shops have the old time sodas and candy and now more decor options. Awesome.

Just dumplings ) .. probably got 8 ~10 dumplings for almost $8.00 .. she was very disappointed .. so was my wallet !!!
