When my contract come up for renewal, I will be using another service. The customer service at this location has been below par every single time I come in for anything. When we bought the phone that I have now, the Galaxy S7, we were assured that if anything went wrong with the phone that the insurance (tacked on as a 7 dollar monthly charge) would cover it. We have been in a battle between AT&T and As(s)urion concerning my cracked screen. When we called Asurion the lady that we got was absolutely no help. We asked to be transferred to AT&T to speak to someone else and that person was no help. We were told both times that they did not offer a phone screen repair service. SO in essence, I was told by the (now considered disreputable) customer service representative that if I got insurance that the phone would be "taken care of." To AT&T this ACTUALLY means that they will pawn the repairs off on a third party phone technician and repurposing center, have them handle it (POORLY). Asurion sent a tech, the tech "fixed" my phone, and now the screen has developed a new feature. Ive dubbed it the "connect with nature" add on where the phone screen develops cancerous blotches on the screen that eventually keep you from being about to see whats on your phones screen. I should not have to go on a wild goose chase to be able to make a claim on my phone and get repairs done to it. Especially when we pay for insurance on said phone. I will be changing services when my contract expires.

The knowledge and customer service of this store is extremely horrible!!!! They dont tell you the complete facts. I went to this store on Jan 16th 2016 at around 9:10 am to change to the unlimited plan. When I got home I could not tether. When I called 611 I was told you cannot tether or use it as a hotspot!! I called back to the store and the manager was completely rude and nasty. I had a customer care rep on the phone and she heard everything!!! Needless to say ATT care reps fixed the issue and put me back to the way I was so I can tether. Charges have been filed against this manager and I will take it as far as I can.... Here is the kicker.... Im an ATT employee!!!!!! ATT is a great company is great but this store and manager is not!!!!

Just switched over when my contract expired and I have nothing but nice things to say about this AT&T store. The store representative that we spoke to helped us over two trips (because I was indecisive) keep my number, get a new phone, and switch over our internet and security systems from companies I am not happy with. She was even willing to come in on her day off if we needed it. I felt like all of our options were well explained and what price was associated to each. Great store.

This is the worse store in this country to represent AT&T. The customer service is terrible from the reps and the manager. They all are very rude and disrespectful towards customers. Ive been a AT&T customer for over 10 years and the only reason why I havent changed my carrier service in lieu of my negative experience with this store in February 2016 is because AT&T on the phone reps have been very good to me.

Horrible experience. I was treated like an idiot and was embarrassed to ask any questions. The girl I worked with did nothing to help and the rest of the employees watched and rolled their eyes as I was forced to fix a problem that I clearly didnt understand with my phone. I could not leave fast enough.

Horrible customer service. We wound up with two complaints opened with the corporate office and credits on our account, which were much appreciated. However, would have preferred to just experience some helpful employees and not have to go through customer service to obtain what we needed.

Worst Internet we have ever have. Why pay you so much a month when were lucky if we have working Internet for half that time. This router wouldnt even be a good paper weight. Itd be better smashed to bits and recycled into something that actually works. Definitely dropping these clowns.
