Miracles happen at Superior in Dearborn!!! I want to share the most incredible experience I had at this dealership. This story is 100% real!!! I was just 3 months into a 3 year lease (2016 Ford Edge) and I was not happy at all with the deal. At the time of signing the Ford lease, I needed a vehicle asap so I really didnt have much time to shop and compare. I ended up with a high payment with only 10,000 miles a year. Three months into that lease, I had already driven over 3,000 miles. It made me depressed thinking that I was stuck for 3 years driving a vehicle that I was not happy with and that I was going to be way over my miles. I contacted the Ford rep that sold me the Edge and explained that I was not happy, he said he would get back to me but never did! I asked everyone I could about what options I had. A friend recommended I go see Bas at Superior. Honestly, I felt it was going to be a waste of his time and mine because I figured no one can get out of a signed lease without doing harm to your credit. I was desperate so I decided to make an appointment. From the first moment I met Bas, I was amazed. He treated me with so much respect and care. I explained my entire situation and he told me not to worry. Bas asked one of his sales reps (Marc Hager) to help me. Marc was excellent, very knowledgeable and caring as well (these people really do care about their customers!!) Within a week I was out of my lease with Ford (2016 Edge with 3,000 miles and 33 months to go!!), no credit damage and driving an awesome 2017 Buick Encore which I am in love with!!! The deal I got was everything I was asking for, extra mileage and a low payment for the perfect vehicle for me! I have shared this story with many people and all of them are shocked! To those of you looking to buy or lease, do yourself a favor, before you sign with another dealership, take some extra time and give this dealership a chance, I dont think you will be disappointed. Thank you for this miracle Bas, you have made me so happy and gained a customer for life!!

Horrible service!!!! Went to go get my car serviced here for tires. Service rep Stacey was very rude and lacked customer service. I called her throughout the day to keep lines of communication open about my car being towed there. She was extremely impatient and seemed irritant. I originally brought my car there for specific repair/replacement that was specified via phone to the Rep. However upon arriving there I noticed that they only fixed one item that I requested and had taken upon themselves to fix something I hadnt agreed to. I never received a call or anything notifying me of this. Who gave them permission to do this because I didnt as the car owner and there was no communication regarding this. They are not suppose to take it upon themselves to fix something that 1.never existed 2. wasnt verified (by pics or physically pointing out) through me the car owner, and 3. communicated that they came across an issue and getting my OK. The rep Stacy expected me to just take her word for the replacement and said the dont have to call to notify customer. This is my first and last time going there for any service/ purchase and I will not refer anyone to this company. I take my car to Clinton Township Buick and I never have an issue. They have superior customer service and they are in constant communication with their customers,. These people at the Dearborn location are shadyyyyyyyyy, rude, and overall lack customer service and procedures!

Beware Dealership FRAUD and THEFT....I bough a very expensive Jeep SRT8 from this dealership through Gabriel. He the only person who cared about my incident but he had no authority to do anything. After 2 months my brake pads were worn down so badly I had to have them replaced so I had to take them back to the dealership to be replaced. This should have been a red flag happening so soon after purchase. When they were working on my car in the the garage one of the staff stole my $750 firearm right out of my glove box. That same employee did NOT show up for work the next day and quit. I had the police question them same the the same day(filing a police report) and they even admitted they do NOT do background checks on their employees. No one made any effort to compensate me for the theft that occurred, even though they have insurance for this type of incident. I would have bought more cars and referred many more people if they would have been an ethical company and compensated me for my firearm theft that occurred at the hands of their own employee. Now I will never do business with this place again and will try to warn as many as possible to steer far clear from this place. I just say this to warn others so they do not fall victim to this place as well.

Most dishonest dealer ship in Dearborn Mi. They are scammers, they are money hungry, they just want to make a sale. They dont care how much they give you bs. I went to get my sister a lease, she cant make it there. I worked with Karma. This money hungry scammer lied to me. First she was like we have a program that ends in the end of January. after she got us in the car she claimed its only 3 days for that offer. I said okay no problem. Then she called me and said my brother in law who is putting the car in his name isnt going to work he needs a cosigner. She guaranteed me that if I cosigned it will not show an inquiry in my name. I told her I am trying to buy a house and this will not affect the ratio, She said not even show that there is a lease in your name. I been doing this for so many years bla bbla bla. She is one money hungry scammer. I went back to take my name of and just put my sister on there "now they cant do it even though she lied to me I have to go through ally bank and It will cost me 596 dollars or around there to remove my name. Go to a diff dealer ship. If you started with something run before you sign.

A+ My experience at Superior Buick was excellent. I went to other Dealerships looking for a car and I kept going back to Superior Buick.Norman was very helpful when I was looking for a car even when I wasnt sure that I wanted a Lacrosse. He was very patient while I decided on my purchase (lease). He showed me all the features on the Lacrosse that I didnt have on my Regal and he always returned my phone call when I had questions about the car. When I having a hard time getting to the dealership due to my job, Norman came to my office so that I could sign the leasing papers. I have only had my car 2 weeks, and he has followed up to be sure that things are good with my purchase and to make sure if I had any questions he could answer them. Most Sales Consutlants dont go out of their way for the customer but Norman does. Great Sale Consultant. Their service is a 10+ before and after purchasing your car and I have and will keep recommending my salesperson NORMAN GRAVES. KEEP UP THE GREAT SERVICE THAT YOU GIVE!!
