I got a car from here and I just want people to know ,NEVER buy a car from these people none of them they over triple charge for cars they do not hold there word and now I have to fear for my life , because someone that I no longer few with called up there because I told the person I didnt have a car and they went behind me because he called and said he was my brother they told him Info about my account then the excuse was oh well he wanted to make a payment , I have no one on my Loan but me and why would anyone ever do that , its an invasion of privacy and they dont know if this person trying to kill me or anything they even told the person what day I made my payment. And that it was in the afternoon , I warn anyone please do your homework before getting any cars from here because no car they have is worth 3 times the amount , then they got mad at me because of their actions its just sad I have so much more to say but it wont do any good you know all the stuff they have done this is the worst when you pay someone you except for a business not to violate you or put your life in any danger but thats not them

Dont let theyre sweet courteous manner fool you. All it takes is quick Google search to find out the real story. They claim that they are trying to help you, but truth is theyre only helping themselves. Dont think youre going pick the car you want, theyll give 2-3 choices and thats it. They will call every reference you list if God forbid youre one day late with a payment. Over priced cars that are guaranteed to have somethings wrong with it. God forbid you need something fixed. Dont expect a loaner or for it to be done in a timely manner or for it to be fixed. The only reason I bought a car here is because I was too impatient to do it the right way. Google JD Byrider reviews for yourself. No matter where in the country they are located people say the same things. Buyers Beware

Horrible expirience ive always had on time payments. Car quality is horrible my doir handle fell off after a week and no one would return ny calls i live in east hartford i wabted to make an apt. I get the run around. Payments 4 different payments taken unauthorized randomly in the same month!! I speak to Fatima who refused to give me any other identifying information for her company because she tells me shes the one who refunded me last time she sees it and i have to wait until Wednesday for a refund when its christmas weekend!!!! Because her authorizer isnt in!!! Horrible!!!

The people who work there are nice, but ive only had the car 3 months and the water pump seized while i was on the highway, the power steering pump went, and the check engine light is still on. Also i got a new apartment and a different job, i talked to them to see if we can rebudget my payments they said no so now its harder for me to make payments and pay bills. If i knew the car would have given me this many problems in the first 2 months of having it then i would have chose a different car.

Buying from JD Byrider has been an easy and simple . We dealt with a great sales woman named Sarah who helped us get the process going and followed up whenever we needed. She was courteous and extremely paitent. At the closing we had a great finance manager named Sabrina. She explained every document clearly and made sure I understood the whole process . JD Byrider has become a part of our family and we are happy to have financed a vehicle through them .

Came in because the car I bought 4 days ago showed signs of shaking and pulling, request services done, the service department checked the car further and gave me rotors for free. Some sarcasm, but I shook it off and kept my positive vibe going, in a good not negative fashion. So far so good. I felt that the service department did not take me seriously in regards to the condition of my car, and I still have to bring my car back to get serviced.

I arrived at my schedule time they completed the job very quickly like they stated & where very friendly, they also answered any and all questions I had concerning my vehicle. My experience with J.D. Byrider has been nothing but good. I purchased a vehicle alittle over a year ago. The car runs great and Ive had no problems as of yet. Im very pleased with the Service Dept. Each time I call and schedule an oil change,Dennis who I believe is incharge of the service dept. is very respectful and pleasant to speak with.. Idk why they have such a low rating, I was in there yesterday and not only did they buy me lunch due to long waiting , the manager also put the down payment for me , and so far I love my car ! its great! when my phone was dying one of the workers let me use her charger, now as for the car itself its only been one day so too early to tell , BUT the way they treat their guests is very very good !

I literally walked in to find out what I had to do to get a car in the future as I had been let down in the past. To my surprise finance manager Sabrina was able to put me in the exact car I wanted!!!
