On January 1st, my Cavalier died. I needed a new car and would not settle for anything less than a Chevy. So began my internet search....where I found a beautifully kept 2006 Chevy Equinox (my dream vehicle) at Action Automotive. I read the reviews on them and was a little skeptical, but I am one to form my own opinions, and I REALLY wanted this vehicle. So we went down to test drive it, and I fell in love. Chris and Dave were incredible! They both were so helpful and Dave was patient with me, answering all my questions honestly (I had a LOT of questions), and helped me get into this vehicle in every way that he could. I could not understand why this place and these guys got the reviews they did - I had an awesome experience with them! Never once did I feel like they were trying to take advantage of me and just get the sale, nor were they ever rude with me. Today, I took it for the first oil change since I bought it in January, and the service was still just as awesome. I was in and out of there within a half hour. I highly recommend these guys if you need a vehicle - you will NOT be disappointed! Desiree Schmelter

Smooth sailing the minute I walked onto the lot. I spoke with Chris on the phone about a beautiful 04 Acura RL he had that only had 52k on it - very well kept, car was immaculate. It was late in the night when I first arrived but Chris was nice enough to plate the vehicle for me and let me take it for a spin. Very low pressure, Chris only came out to hand me the keys. I came back and filled out a credit app, and the next day, Chris had called me to let me know he got me a good approval and that the car was mine. Not only did they service the vehicle for me before I picked it up 2 days later, they also threw a good detail on it for me. As I picked up the vehicle on delivery day, it was already out front, nice and clean with my new plates on it. Chris made the paper work a breeze, me and my dad joked around with him as we did the paper work, sure enough 15 minutes later I was driving off the lot in my beautiful RL. These guys were a pleasure to do business with. Very, very low pressure, kind, and answered all my questions. I would definetley do business again with these guys in the future.

The salesperson was very rude and insulting as well. We spoke to Chris. He had no customer service and was almost shoving the car at us to purchase it. Car was in terrible condition, had been in a wreck and was still asking a lot for it. When i asked him for a lower price, he insulted us as if we didnt know what we were talking about. This place is a real joke and I do not recommend this place to anyone! Id be ashamed to see myself at that dealership again (if you can call it one!!??). Chris you are very rude and do not deserve to deal with people like u do, act like that to more people and you guys will not have a dealership anymore.

More like "No Action Auto". Been trying to get a hold of them for three weeks about purchasing a car on their lot. No one has any information about it when I call, they "will get right back to me". I stop by- no one in the office. Not a good way to run a business... Guess they arent worried about selling anything.

Decent selection. But pending on who youre dealing with it could be a Night and Day experience. Talked to I believe a mechanic and concluded he was a total jackass. Hope he doesnt sell cars there. There was an older gentleman though. He greeted me much better.

Scum bags. They welded a broken leaf spring with a Fisher price welded and sent them on theyre way. Real safe. Oh and that was a warrantee job after the owner trusted them to buy a decent vehicle from them.
