What i will say about this dealership is the sales men and mechanic are sincere and genuine. The owner (Tracy) on the other hand is very arrogant, he is your typical "SHADY used car dealership guy" he says everything you want to hear to get you to buy a car but God forbid your car has issues and he needs to stand by his word!! I bought my car in March with a 30 day warranty, the car had transmission issues since the day i picked it up. After many many phone calls and many trips up there (an hour away) i finally picked it up fixed yesterday 4/26/2016 thats two months of nonsense with this jerk! Heres the short version of how it all went down...... driving my car home from the dealership and the transmission makes a horrifying bang, i call them and tell them what happened, bring the car back the following week for their mechanic to look at it, he states to me the car definitely has an issue and he would need the car overnight to fix it. i asked about a loner and they said their plates were already out on a loner car. I drop my car off and their mechanic states that they are going to bring it to their transmission guy. 5 days later i get a call saying that the transmission place didnt find anything wrong with the car, so i pick it up. While merging onto the highway on the ride home the transmission bangs again. I called the next morning and the salesman suggested i talk to Tracy directly so thats what i did. Honestly he was so rude and flat out mean! He told me that the car wasnt made to be driven like a NASCAR, and that i was being paranoid also lied and said his mechanic never said that there was anything wrong with the car. After talking about this situation with my brother he then called Tracy on my behalf made arraignments to bring the car up and drive it with Tracy in it. That day came and Tracy wasnt even there! The salesman drove the car and sure enough BANG goes the transmission then the mechanic drove it and it did the same thing 3 times, problem noted!! Tracys partner ( who was also very nice) assured me that this would be taken care of and i would get a loner car while my car was being fixed. I was expecting a call within a few days to set stuff up. I called once a week for 3 weeks to see what was going on, same story about a loner car, I was actually told i could just rent a car!! They day did come where they finally had a loner for me, on Wednesday 4/20 i dropped off my car and drove off in a Kia Sportage okay cool things are getting done, Thursday evening i get a call, we have to come pick up that Kia you have we actually sold it, we will have our driver swap it out with a different car for you. Okay fine. In the mean time my brother had written a review about his experience with Tracy the day he called him on my behalf. Well Tracy called me about that review saying its not right he did that, he didnt even buy a car from me, if he doesnt delete it were going to have problems and actually threatened to have me pay for the repairs on my car if it wasnt removed. NICE GUY right???? NEVER once did he apologize for my inconvenience actually acted like he was doing me some big favor fixing my car for me. I dont know if he pulled this nonsense with me because im a woman or if thats how he is in general. I wish that all his employees would find a nice reputable dealership to work for because Tracy doesnt deserve them!! specially if he treats them anything like he did me.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE- THE OWNER IS A SCUM BAG After we purchased a vehicle (and a 3rd party warranty at $1,500) from A1 we had problems with transmission. Tried to contact warranty company and was notified instantly that our information was not in their system. Thats because good ole boy didnt send over our paperwork with the $ we gave him for the warranty. In other words, fraudulently sold us a warranty in which he kept the $ for gambling on the fact that we wouldnt have to make a claim. Grade A scam artist if you ask me. After weeks and weeks of the runaround i realized it was intentional with absolutely NO HELP OR ASSISTANCE from the dealer. BEWARE OF FRAUD!!

It a shame that even one star needs to be selected to leave a review. This dealership doesnt even deserve one star. Purchased a vehicles from Tracy and it immediately had major issues that had clearly been attempted to have been covered up. When contacted about the issue I was ignored. Im just lucky I was able to trade the vehicle in towards a newer vehicle for my purchase price. Typical greasy used car lowlifes!

Good group of guys. Very professional. From the owner to the mechanic. I bought a Ford Ranger from A-1. Truck was nice and clean. There were a few issues that needed to be addressed and they handled them without question. Great experience and I would more than recommend friends and family. Easy and painless. One of the better experiences Ive had buying a car.

Loved it!! I bought a used Lexus there. Tracy was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Very low key, real people. Ive had some past credit issues and they got me financed when other dealers said "NO". Needless to say Ive found my "CAR GUY". I will return and send people to them as well. By the way..... I LOVE my Lexus.

Terrible place to buy a car. Been trying to get my car fixed ever since I bought it. The owner is a shady person who wants money, and doesnt care if youre content with your purchase or not. Save your money, youre better off buying a car from the junk yard rather than this unorganized place called a dealership.

Had a Easy buying experience Tracy was great, the mechanic was great! My car had a few little things up with it after the purchase and Tracy got right on it and fixed the issues promptly very impressed. Would recommend buying here nice people comes with a year free towing also
