I purchased a 2006 BMW 325xi from Toro Auto back in December, right before Christmas. I was extremely pleased with my car and the price I got it at. There were a couple things that needed to be addressed and Toro did that without hesitation and at no expense to me. However, still within my warranty period I noticed antifreeze on the ground underneath my car. I contacted them twice to have it looked at and they never called or emailed me back as promised. I needed an oil change so I brought it to a BMW specialist shop down the road and I asked them to diagnose the leak for me. While I was there, they found almost $2,000 worth of repairs that needed to be made on my vehicle. All of these things are defects that would have been seen if the vehicle was inspected properly prior to me purchasing it. And if they has been noticed, the dealership should have disclosed this information. Ive filed complaints in an effort to get reimbursement for the repairs that are covered under the warranty, but have received no response from the dealership. I am now currently chipping away at the list of repairs that need to be made. All in all, buyer beware. I was very satisfied at the customer service I got in the beginning and the attention they initially paid to my car, but they brushed me off after a certain period of time and obviously have no qualms about ripping people off. To everyone that had a positive experience here, good for you! But anyone that plans on buying from this dealer, be cautious.

Very disappointed with this place. I highly recommend shopping elsewhere. I purchased a 2001 Jeep Wrangler Sport from them two weeks ago. They were not willing to negotiate very much, overall only $200 dollars. They justified themselves by saying that it was a hard top wrangler with very large off road tires (things that cost extra money). Come to find out the tires were worn unevenly (something I was unable to discover through a test drive), and the clutch, flywheel and slave cylinder needed to be replaced (also something I was unable to discover through a test drive), all at a cost of $2,500.00. Additionally, the check engine light came on shortly after purchasing the vehicle (five minutes after to be exact - the mechanic at the dealer just turned it off, which I dont think they are supposed to do). I called them to see if they were willing to credit me anything, but never heard back from them. I will be filing a DMV complaint against them. Do not trust these people.

Went to browse around and found a silver 2000 jeep Cherokee. Toro wanted $4995.00 and not a penny less. After reviewing this jeep we found the bottom end of the motor knocking, front end had damage, tired worn down past wear bars, transmission leaking, transfer case leaking, interior held together with wood screws, oil changed but not the oil filter (rusted badly), and air filter box was missing the latches to hold it down. After telling the sales man, him and his partner get offended and start swearing and charging. Mean while my wife and daughter are right out side hearing every sentence. We told the man he was a crook trying to take advantage of buyers who are not automotive knowledgeable. He then persisted to push me aside and stand in front of the door so he could yell at swear more spitting in my face. Told him I would call the cops if he continued. He then let me out and but continued to yelled while I left the place. DO NOT BUY OR GO!!!!

Would recommend and purchase again from here. Recently purchased a car from here. I felt the staff was very honest and upfront with multiple vehicles before I made my decision. They were not pushy and did not stand around trying to make a sale like other places Ive looked at. They let me spend the time I needed to look at the car thoroughly and answer any questions as well as give a background on their vehicles. I also love that there is a carfax on every car. I actually went here not expecting to find anything and found two great cars I liked and was able to purchase one the same day very easily and get everything taken care of. After my purchase I was unsure how to use a lock on the door and was able to call and be guided through it no problem. I also appreciated a follow up call to make sure I was happy with my car and everything was going smoothly. I would definitely check them out if you are looking for a car. Great prices and staff.

I recently bought a 2004 Acura MDX. The check engine light and air bag light went on. I tried to contact them they did not return my email or calls. I finally got a hold of them by going down there. This was 2 months after my purchase. I was told their was nothing they could do. The fact they sold me a car that the airbag went off like 2days after I had it is very suspicious. Especially since I read the same thing in the reviews. I believe they are purposely resetting the faulty lights. Do not waste your money at this place. When I did talk to them they said nothing could be done for me. As warranty didnt cover these things. How can warranty not cover a safety issue like a airbag? Then I was told that I was rude and disrespectful. Yet I called him outside not to do it infront of other customers. Toro auto is a joke. I would not buy a car from them.

This vehicle was not even road worthy. I bought a honda pilot from them and to start with my air bag light was on and stayed on for almost a month becasue the could not figure out what to do.the refused to give me the car fax and my truck was in the shop every week for a month! Nothing worked right on the truck and they were always giving me a hard time about fixing. these people are rude and have no clue how to run that buisness. Their mechanics are just as bad. All 6 times you went under my truck you coukdnt see that the radiator was leaking . I had to pay out of pocket for my car fax and and a full diagnostic check on the car to find out everythign is rusted and worn away! save your self the head ache and go somewhere else

I was looking for a quality used car and Toro had a few options I was interested in. I ended up buying a 2006 Chrysler 300 that is in excellent condition. I brought the car over to my mechanic to look over and he found several issues. He said to go back to the selling shop and have them take a look at it. I brought the car back to Toro and they took care of everything free of charge including fixing the A/C, replacing the transmission fluid pan, replacing the oil pan, installing a new driver side view mirror, and installing new hood struts as well as several bulbs that were out. If youre looking for a used car dealer that stands behind their vehicles then I recommend you go check out Toro Auto.
