My buying experience at Len Stoler Audi and in particular my dealing with Baine Childress, was nothing short of exceptional. I’m 53 years old and I’ve purchased a dozen cars in the last 20+ years for our family. We have purchased domestic and foreign cars, SUV’s, family sedans and luxury cars. I have experienced many different styles and tactics during the buying process over the years. I should also mention that I am a distributor (Business to Business) and have experience in both buying and selling, and I often shut down or walk away from high pressure or bait/switch techniques. The experience I encountered at Len Stoler Audi with Baine Childress was truly unique and why I am willing to take the time to write this review. From the moment we walked into the showroom looking at the Audi product line up, I was treated with no-pressure, non-aggressive professional courtesy. Baine’s passion for the Audi product as well as a keen understanding of both old and new technologies in various models was evident. Test drives of different models were delightful. Baine was not over exuberant with his knowledge, he let me discover some of the features and was quick to advise or assist when I asked a question. If I missed a feature, he politely introduced me to it. I can tell you that buying my Audi from Baine was like dealing with a long-time friend in the car business. I would not hesitate sending my mother to buy a car from Baine Childress at Lexus Audi. It was truly a great car buying experience.

People working at the service department here are without a doubt crooks and do shady business. How far up the ladder this goes, no idea. Brought my 2008 Audi S5 in here for some issues with the clutch. The clutch pedal was completely depressed to the floor of the car and I could not get it out of neutral. Had the car towed to Len Stoler Audi off Reisterstown road since this was where I did my general services. Long story short, service department mechanic & manager tell me WITHOUT a doubt I need a full clutch & flywheel change. According to them this would require about $3500 in parts plus 22hrs of labor for $2200, but they were willing to "hook me up" with the labor for $2000. I called my nearest EU performance shop and got the same parts & labor quote for a total of $3800. BUT....once I go to get a tow truck to pick my car up from Len Stoler, not only do they not even call to tell me that I dont need a tow truck(I was not there with the 2nd tow truck)but they DRIVE it onto the tow truck. Well once the new shop has run their diagnostics and did the repair....what do you know. A $160 hydraulic line that was leaking costing me a GRAND TOTAL of about $260. It is now 6 months later and the car still drive perfect. Avoid these scumbags at all cost, they will take you for every penny.

Purchased a used Nissan Armada through Len Stoler. Our salesperson was Johnny Salinas. The purchase process was very smooth and Johnny went above and beyond anything that should be expected of a dealership salesperson. Id been looking for a nice Armada for quite sometime. As soon as it hit the dealership, Johnny informed me. He was then able to drive it to me and allow me to test drive it, not knowing yet if Id be comfortable with the price. He worked his magic on the numbers and that evening, he returned to my home contract in hand for me to review. I only stepped foot into the dealership to take delivery of the vehicle. To this day, anytime we need service, he goes out of his way to make sure the dealership can fit our vehicle in within a reasonable time frame. Ive purchased several cars throughout my life, but never has a salesperson (at a dealership in particular) made car buying such a pleasant experience. I will purchase all my future vehicles through Johnny Salinas. This way I know Im getting a fair price, a reliable vehicle, future and continued support and honest talk from a salesperson. Call Len Stoler Audi and ask for Johnny, and youll see what Im talking about.

I was looking to trade my recently purchased 2014 Audi allroad as I was unhappy with the vehicle and it did not meet my expectations, but I did want to stay with the Audi brand. After researching the situation with several Audi dealerships, I went to Len Stoler Audi to look at the A5 and the Q5. I met with Catherine Delisi , who was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. We test drove a Q5 that I very much liked but I wanted a different color combination and several additional features. With that we met with Joe Benson, Sales Manager, who was also very knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to locate and secure the exact Q5 that I wanted. We then discussed and agreed upon a very fair price and the sales experience then went to closure. I picked up the Q5 as promised and have been extremely happy with the purchase. I would definitely recommend Len Stoler Audi, Catherine Delisi and Joe Benson as my situation with Len Stoler Audi was very positive. I am looking forward to a purchase of an A5 cabrio in the very near future.

OK WHERE DO I BEGAN? I CALLED ABOUT THE AUDI AUTO CONNECT UPGRADE IN MY A8.JIM THE SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE FELT THE NEED TO CONSTANTLY REPEAT TO ME FOR WHATEVER REASON I NEEDED THE TURN DOWN LETTER AFTER I TOLD HIM SEVERAL TIMES I HAD IT HE ORDERED THE PART TOLD ME TO BRING IN ON FRIDAY IT SHOULD TAKE A FEW HOURS SO I REQUESTED A LOANER.OK I GET THERE LOANER IS DIRTY AND I GO FROM AN A8 TO AN A3 MAJOR DIFFERENCE! THIS WAS ON 4/15/16 BY THE WAY.HE CALLS ME THAT AFTERNOON AND THROUGHOUT THE WEEKEND TO TELL ME HE CANT GET IT TO WORK! HAD ME CALL AUDI CONNECT 7 TIMES THROUGH THE PROCESS BASICALLY HAVING ME ATTEMPT TO RESOLVE ISSUE MYSELF!NEEDLESS TO SAY I PICK THE CAR UP MONDAY WITH THE UPGRADE INSTALLED BUT NO SERVICES,CONTACTED AUDI OF AMERICA/AUTO-CONNECT ON TUES FOR THEM TO ACTUALLY WALK ME THROUGH THE PROCESS JIM WANTED ME TO GET ANOTHER SIM CARD AND COME BACK TO DEALERSHIP WELL I WILL NEVER RETURN TO LEN STOLER OF OWINGS MILLS FOR ANYTHING! I COULDVE GOTTEN BETTER SERVICE AT LIBERTY FORD!

Rude and dishonest service department. Unfortunately I received poor service from this location. My vehicle was returned to me with significant dirt and grease stains on fabric of the ceiling after repairs were made to the sunroof. I noticed this before I was even five minutes away. When I notified the dealer about this, they initially told me to turn around and bring the car back for cleaning. Before I made it back to the shop, the service manager contacted me and told me "Dont bother coming back, the grease and dirt were already on your vehicle. Were not going to clean the car, its your problem." I contacted Audi USA but nothing was done to resolve the issue. The service manager was rude to me when I setup the repair in the first place, and was much ruder when I tried to get them to clean up their mess. I would not recommend this dealer for service. They are not concerned with the customer, nor do they care if Audi USA is involved. Audi USA was unable to offer any help either.
