Attempted bait and switch. I inquired about a car they have listed on their website and set an appointment on a Tuesday to see the vehicle on Saturday. When I arrived for the appointment I was told the vehicle had already been sold and was offered to look at a more expensive one. It is possible that the vehicle could have sold between setting the appointment and my arrival but the following week it was still listed. I submitted another online inquire for the same vehicle and received a call from the online sales department asking me if I wanted to set an appointment to view it. I asked if it was still in stock and after a brief hold was told that absolutely it was. This is a very telling impression as to the integrity of this dealership.

I would like to thanks Norris Automotive Group but if Im being truthful I would like to thank them for having Mr.Kevin Carter on their team. Man that guy went out of his way to help my daughter get the car she wanted and very much needed. So I would like to thank him for his hard work his time and his dedication in a job well done.not only did we get a car that day we also got a good guy and friend. Thanks Kevin for everything. The best experience I have had in buying an automobile ( this is my 6th dealer purchase). My salesman Kevin knew his business and was very upfront with how things were and what would be needed to get the deal done. I received top dollar for my trade, over $3000 more than was offered by another dealer. The business manager, Garvey did a great job as well handling his side of things. Overall great! I would highly recommend this outfit.

Fell in love with a 2002 Ford Thunderbird I spotted from across Baltimore National Pike, was in and out of this dealership within 5 hours with my used vehicle and all necessary paperwork/tags/insurance completed! I had a great exsperience in buying my car at Norris ACURA. The sales person went out of their way to accommidate me and help me select the perfect car. They took the time out to go over all the features of my car and maded sure I was comfortable in working all the gadgets on the car. I even received a follow up call. Great service!!!!!

this dealership by far is the best dealership i been to in the state of Maryland, they help me and my friend get into vehicles when my friend have 2 repo on her credit report and Mike Thomas and Mike White help us get into an Acura and Nissan vehicle . Bait and switch. Agreed on everything for a car then took the 1 hour Uber drive up there to get it and was told "it just sold". Right. I had my wife issue a request a day later on the same car and they said it was still available. Wondering if I should refer them to the State for bait and switch.

Great people! Ashley can in on her day off just so I could drive the vehicle a third time. Ron (the finance person), I thought was a little crazy when he told me he could get me a lower rate than my credit union BUT HE DID. YOUR THE BEST I LOVE MY NEW BMW see you in 10 years

I received an email saying the sales manger was willing to make some deals. No change in price plus the 12 month 12000 mile warranty cost $1200 plus even though it states on their website that every certified vehicle comes with it at no cost. Complete waste of time.
