I GAVE ONE STAR BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO. THEY DESERVE ZERO STARS!!!! THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST CAR DEALERSHIP EVER! DO NOT TRUST THEM! THEY DO NOT DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO DO AND THEY ARE BEYOND RUDE. I BOUGHT MY CAR 6/2/16 NOT ONLY DID THEY PUT THE CAR IN MY MOTHERS NAME(INSTEAD OF HER BEING A CO-SIGNER LIKE WE AGREED) THEY ALSO WAITED UNTIL 6/28/16 TO MAIL MY TITLE(BY LAW IN OKLAHOMA YOU HAVE 30 DAYS TO GET YOUR CAR REGISTERED). NOT ONLY DID THEY WAIT UNTIL THE VERY LAST MINUTE THEY MAILED MY TITLE TO TEXAS(I LIVE IN OKLAHOMA)LEAVING 3 DAYS FOR THE DOCUMENTS TO MAKE IT TO ME AND FOR ME TO GET MY TAGS WITHOUT BEING PENALIZED! NEEDLESS TO SAY TODAY IS 7/26/16 AND I STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN MY TITLE OR TAGS SO NOW I WILL HAVE TO PAY A FEE PER DAY UNTIL THIS IS CORRECTED. MEANWHILE MY TEMPORARY TAG HAS EXPIRED AND I RUN THE RISK OF BEING PULLED OVER EVERY TIME I DRIVE THIS CAR.

They deserve a negative00 ..The customer service is the worst Ive ever experience .they have attitudes and I believe the car company is just a big scam There are many other car dealers that you can pick from I would not of asked you to go to themscam scam scam somebody should definitely investigate that place

A saleman sold me a car private wich was over two months ago, and put North Point tags,not knowing this was elegal, None of my phone was returned. Two months has went by. ALL I WANT IS MY TITLE. Still No Title. PLEASE FIND OUT WHO PUT OUT YOUR TAG FOR PRIVATE SALES FOR TWO MONTHS.
