Recently traded in my vehicle at Auto Acceptance Center. I dealt with Kyle, who was very easy to work with and an honest guy. I drove over an hour to Topeka to test drive a vehicle based off of the pictures and description on the web site, and was happy to see that the vehicle was accurately represented in the pictures and that they did not try and play any trickery with lighting or what have you to hide damage or faults with the car, which had been the case with some other dealerships Ive dealt with in the past. From the time I got to the dealer to the time I left with my new-to-me vehicle was under 2 and a half hours, including a 20 minute test drive. They are very easy to work with, their prices are very fair, and I felt no pressure at any time. Also, they gave me a very fair value on my trade in and didnt try and play any number games. I would definitely recommend Auto Acceptance Center to friends in need of a new vehicle.

Mellanie & Justin went out of their way to help us find the perfect vehicle and helped us secure excellent financing at a better rate than our bank was offering. They were patient, fair, and made sure that we were getting the very best deal. The whole car-buying process was a breeze! My husband also purchased a car from Mellanie at this dealership 5-ish years ago and never had a single problem. When it came time to trade it in with our most recent purchase, Justin was very generous and gave us an excellent valuation on our trade. We will be in the market to upgrade our 2nd vehicle soon. Not a good experience. Paid 8200 for a truck with a warranty only covering internally lubricated drivetrain parts. Noticed it was losing coolant first week I had it, a mechanic told me it had a blown head gasket or cracked head. Contacted dealer then, they her their mechanic look at it, said it was just a leaking radiator.it was not. So I owe $8200 for a truck with internal engine problems before I made 1st payment! Dealer refused to cover anything!

The car I bought from here was fine for the first two weeks. Then, it broke down. The mechanic I went to told me "people with this kind of engine damage usually just buy a new car". Auto acceptance Center refused to do anything about the issue so I was stuck with over $4500 dollars worth of repairs. You would be better off buying a car from a bankrupt circus then this place.

Got a car from Kyle Stoner he will not return my calls they give you the run a round still waiting for the 250. check that they say would pay they are a rip off do not go there do not buy a car fro Kyle Stoner I will post this on Facebook so no one will get ripoff from Kylew Stoner to this day still waiting for a replay and I paid in cash in full.

Kyle was very nice and pretty funny. Even held his cool when i almost side swiped a car during the test drive. My husband and I are trying to rebuild our credit and were given a pretty good deal from Kyle and Melanie. The hubby bought his f150 truck from here 5 years ago and its still going strong and I am excited about my new explorer!!!!

This place sucks, bought a car and brought it to their shop, they said everything ran good, well when we started driving it.. it told us different, the car struts are gone, transmission is failing, several misfires... the only thing good about this place is the customer service ONLY CUZ THEY GET PAID HOURLY... will never come to these ppl again

Could have asked for a better experience. You have to realize that when you go to a place with crappy credit, youre going to pay crappy rates. The fool complaining about his car breaking down obviously got what he asked for. If you dont have sense enough to check out a used car before you buy it, you deserve to get screwed!

Car broke down NOT EVEN 24 HOURS AFTER PURCHASE. car salesmen failed to tell us everything wrong with the car (yes it was used). Dont reccomend this place
