If there was a rating lower to provide I would gladly suggest it. The promise of cheap, quality furniture is only backed by poor customer service and frustration. I went to this location seeking furniture for my new move to the area. I sold all of my previous furniture and needed everything. I made my selection basked in what was presented in the store as "in stock" or available to order from their manufacturers catalog. I loved each and everyone of my selections. So I paid a third down because I wanted to split payments even though I could afford my purchase. A week later, I get a call from customer service leaving a voicemail that states they need to speak with me about my order. It was five minutes until the customer service line ended but luckily I was in home depot next door to the store and inquired about my purchase in person. The young lady stated that the tv stand I ordered was discontinued and I will not be able to receive it. That didnt make sense because I placed the order a week ago. She stated that the order was recently placed and thats when they are notified of its in stock or not. I searched around the store and could not find a replacement. I told her to cancel the tv stand, I will purchase it somewhere else and let me know today if anything else is not in stock. She stated everything else is in stock and I will receive it on September 1st. Couple of days later, I received a call that the ottoman I ordered was backstocked and if I would like to pick it up or wait until it was in for delivery. I stated I would pick it up. August 31st, I havent received a call about delivery so I call the customer care line. Placed on hold for well over 15 minutes to only be told that they didnt have any room to schedule me in that week on a Thursday or Saturday for delivery. I was then asked would I like to have the delivery managers number to create a delivery date. I was frustrated at this point and stated no, just schedule me whenever cause it doesnt look like Im getting my furniture anytime soon. After I calmed down, I called on Sept 6th, to see what was going on with my furniture delivery. I was on hold yet again over 15 min, to be told that delivery manager was not in at the moment, a message was left, and I will receive a call back that day. Of course, that call was not received. I called again today, thankfully, I wasnt on hold long. Hailey answered and was polite and provided me with helpful information. The entire time my order was sitting in limbo because of an ottoman that I stated I would pick up so I could avoid almost an entire month of waiting for furniture so I can sit down in my house!!! I would not recommend this company to anyone searching for furniture. Go somewhere else local that will actually deliver it to you when they state it. Beyond frustrated and will be relieved when I am done with them. Which will be when I actually receive my furniture.

I walk into this little hole in the wall and approach an energetic "representative" of the store (no sales talent involved). He gives me his elevator speech on how things work and sends me off to fend for myself unassisted- I can live with that. I pick out a table but it turns out that all of the chairs except 1 have been sold with another piece so I must scavange through a furniture catalog to find something that "might" match. I finally pick a product and place my order for pick up. After placing my order and paying I am then told that it will take up to 3 WEEKS for the product to reach the store (that was coming from Cincinnati) and be available for pick up- I can live with that. 2 Days before the product is supposed to arrive I receive an email informing me that 4 tables were mistakenly ordered rather than 4 chairs and it will be another 3 weeks before the chairs arrive. Now Ive had enough, my fiance calls to complain and the best that they can do is to offer to deliver the chairs to my house at no additional charge. They have no idea when the product will arrive and can not schedule a delivery time or date. 6 WEEKS later (from my original order placing) 2 delivery guys arrive at my house with 2 boxes. I was NOT informed that the chairs would come unassembled. If I wanted a DIY project then I would have gone to IKEA. The tactics and schemes used at this establishment are simply appalling. There is no direct line to the store available to avoid customer inquiries and the customer service representative is impatient, rude and unsympathetic. The delivery scheduler is rude and impatient. (I guess they think that it is odd for someone to want to know the date and time that a delivery will occur before the day of the delivery. BUYERS BEWARE!! If you choose to do business with this company GOOD LUCK to you and remember: Delivery scheduling is at the discretion of the company not the customer and assembley and customer service are not included. So if you need furniture for next year youd better order it today!!!

So a couple of months ago, my boyfriend and I moved to Kentucky and while looking for furniture we stopped in at the Cincinnati Overstock location. The service was great and we found several items we liked. That same day, we ordered the pieces. Some time later, the furniture came in and we were scheduled for delivery. Well, our hallway wasnt proportioned correctly and the delivery guys delivered our side and coffee tables, but couldnt deliver the sectional due to the size. I chatted with Tirzah in Customer Service who was nice, listened to my concerns and disappointments and after careful review of our situation she placed a note on our file for our next visit to the store - providing many options to us. When we arrived, (like the first time) we were wonderfully greeted by Virneshia, "V" who I believe is the store manager maybe? Anyway, she took the time to listen to our concerns, got the specific measurements of our door/hallway and like me, was convinced that it should fit. She let me know that she would speak with the warehouse manager and get back to us. Later, (he) Roland, reached out to us and said hed be willing to come by and check out our hallway and such. To make a long story short, this team went above and beyond to make sure we got our dream sectional into our new home and it has looked lovely since! I normally, TRULY, dont write reviews but we are very pleased with the service, attention, sophistication and skill of this amazing team. We will definitely shop here again as we feel the team truly cares about making their customers happy and building positive relationships with the community! Be prepared to recieve zero service... Dont be deceived when youre told 5-10 days for your furniture to be in stock and delivered. Dont expect a phone call returned when you inquire as to why your furniture is not in stock after 14 days, and why they have no idea as to when it will arrive. At MY furniture store, I would deliver what I had for my customer after the 10 days, then deliver the remainder when it arrived. After all, its not the customers fault that their furniture hasnt arrived in the time frame I provided... Dont expect to shop here twice. "Fool me once, shame on you... Fool me twice," itll never happen. I have read other reviews on here. All the horror stories about calling "customer service" is very, very true. They outsource the delivery. My first delivery guys were absurd. Left 3 messages, no calls back. Finally called at 10pm and got an answer and was TOLD when i needed to be home to get my furniture ( 2 days from then). And believe me when I tell you, you do not want these guys in your house. Very shady, but not surprising. My couch frame is bent, sent numerous pictures to warranty department. 7 months and two attempts to fix later, they want to call it "even" and give me $200 for me to go away. I know its difficult to turn down cheap prices, but please heed the warnings. It is not worth the trouble, headaches and lies.
