I am sorry we ever went to this store. We ordered a chest and were told it would take a week to come from the supplier and they would call me when it was in. We went to the store when we didnt get a call and were told it would be that Friday. Again we go to the store because no one called to let us know about a delay. I told them to cancel the order because I was not willing to wait indefinitely. Now they are trying to charge a restocking fee of 30%. When I told him that was unacceptable because no one bothered to call and tell me what was going on, he said "its not about calling, its about a contract." That tells me that the customer mean nothing to this business.

Great experience from start to finish. Professional kind and courteous assistance. Will certainly return for more great quality furniture. Even had the furniture delivered the same day as the purchase which almost never happens when you really want your furniture, yesterday... :-) But everyone at Big Als made it happen....
