The Banfield hospital customer service staff and doctors are wonderful. Helpful and genuinely concerned. The staff at this petsmart however. Are clueless. They talk amongst themselves about personal things that shouldnt be said in front of your customers. They are incompetent. I asked for 3 dozen crickets and was met with a blank stare and asked how many is that exactly. I made an appointment to get my dog groomed. The appointment was changed then ultimately canceled without my notification. The staff grooming the dogs seemed unenthusiastic to say the least. The treatment of the dog by the gentleman with the dreadlocks was off putting. And left a sour taste in my mouth as he proceeded to converse with what seemed to be either a personal friend or an off duty coworker. I will not be shopping here ever again. I love my pets and will not subject them to the goings on of this place. Neither should anyone reading this

I dont even use their services due to a particular visit I had to the store. They have the windows there to watch the grooming and I let my kids watch a dog get groomed. The women was irratated with the dog moving while she was trimming its nails, and she was yelling (I could here her through the glass), she slammed the dog on its side, and was just all out roughly handling the poor dog.Then, my little girl started to freak when she saw blood dripping from the dogs paws. It was going everywhere, and the woman was not comforting the dog at all. She kept yelling at the dog, and told the dog...."See, thats what you get for not being still", I wish I could have went and DeClawed that AWFUL woman! I would NEVER EVER bring any of my animals there for Any Service!

Hello All my fellow 4 legged mothers/fathers, I went to the PetsMart Camp Creek Marketplace groomers department and was pleasantly surprised. I called and spoke with Victor at 3:30pm asking to be squeezed in for a today appointment. I was worked into the schedule graciously for a 4:30appt. I was told to come back by 8:30pm to pick her up. Well I am an over protective Momma and showed up around 7:45ish. I was happy to see my baby on the table getting a solid brushing and nail trim all with a panting ears alert smile. I will be bringing Kacey back for continued groomer services. If I must make a suggestion I would say more dog clothes in a size L-XL my baby is "thick" :-). I have been coming to this location for years but after my last two visits, I decided to look elsewhere. For one, the price for grooming continues to rises went from $50 to $70 over the last couple years. My dog left with some unwanted visitors on two separate occasions which he didnt have when he was dropped off. The first time it was ticks and the last time it was fleas. This is a prime example of how they are not checking other animals to make sure they are up to date on their fleas and tick medication. When I called to info them of this, I was only offered a free flea and tick bath for my dog(which I did do.) But, as far as me taking my dog back to Pet Smart, Ill pass!

We had an appointment for 3 oclock. We arrived before time with our dog. The staff member told us to come back whenever but to make sure we come back before 8 to get him. We come back a little after 7 and the staff member is clipping his own nails. We he sees my husband he then tried to attend to our dog. Which means our dog was never groomed. He told us to come back in 45 minutes. We politely grabbed our dog and left to never return. Smh

I like this place in regards too being clean and getting my stuff for my pets but the grooming is horrible . Every time i brought my dog there they always shaved him because they said he was matted. There is even times when he wasnt matted and they result in shaving, its like they try to take the easy way out. Stopped going to them and now go to best in show grooming, SO much better, cheaper and they dont shave my dog down to his skin.

I got my dogs nails done and I got a stencil put on him I was told to stencil would stay on for about a week they stayed on for six hours. My dog is not found of getting his nails done, and normally I do but my shoulder blade was messed up. the lady groomer did what she could with a moving dog, but it looked like she didnt know how to handle a dog that was scared. Second there was employe just standing in the hallway doing nothing.

Used the groomer at Southlake, she left. Came to Camp Creek. Eventually got Victor . My dog just got neutered. Victor was patient with him. I did use someone else because of my work schedule. Biggest mistake. Dropped off at 5pm- at 9 pm he had not been touched. I hit the roof. The manager was nonchalant. I called corporate office. I got a returned call. Very apologetic. I still go but I only let Victor touch Patches.

They charged me dog prices 4 my pup.i tried to dispute the prices with 3 ppl at the store who lied and said those were the correct prices . I went home and looked online and stood correct that the prices were WRONG.I Called up there and told them, I didnt get an apology or nothin. Just was told to bring the Reciept back up to the store..so I did. Cashier very rude...but I got my money back. So unprofessional here!

DO NOT USE THE GROOMERS AT THIS LOCATION!!! I took my dog here to be groomed and provided my own shampoo due to the sensitivity of my dogs skin. They used their own products instead which caused my pet to have an extreme allergic reaction. All of her hair fell out! They offered a free visit to Banfield and covered the cost it was a huge inconvenience overall and a horrible experience for myself and my pet!!

A black lady with green hair who is 45. Ask me to set a appointment for a doctor at 715am we get her 734am she say we have to reschedule. Im like the doctor doesnt come in till 9am SO WHY DO I HAVE TO RESCHEDULE SHE SAYS IM NOT TALKING TO YOU WE DONT DEAL IN IGNORANCE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WORKER THREATEN TO CALL POLICE ON ME IN PET SMART OVER A SCHEDULING PROBLEM WOW WONT EVER SOEND A $ here

PetSmart in the Camp Creek Marketplace is beyond awful when it come to grooming and Banfield. I dont suggest for any pets and pet owners......you want a bad experience, be my guest. Stay far away.... I have had so many bad experiences to write them all would take forever. I have even complained to the Customer Adovcate and promised to hear from the general manager & still nothing.

Banfield: the Petsmart looked like a well stocked and clean animal retail store although most of their items can also be found at Walmart and other retailers. My wife and I were NOT impressed with their banfield veteran hospital service so we will not be returning to either. Support your local Veternary offices your pet, you and the local economy will all be better off.
