Ok, so here is my experience for a 2nd time around. I actually didnt think we would walk out of Lexus of Englewood as satisified as we were, but we did AGAIN!! Anyway, here it goes, around 9 months ago, we purchased a used 2009 LX570, and our sales guy was Joe Kandil. We had purchased such a large SUV because we had recently had a baby, and thought we would need all that room, well we loved that LX570, but the truth is, we honestly didnt use it as much as we thought we would. So now, our oldest daughter is starting college, and she can not drive that large SUV, so now we were wondering how we could trade in this SUV we just purchased 9 months ago, to get a smaller vehicle for our daugher to also use to get to college. So I email Joe Kandil, telling him, we would really like to get into a Lexus CT 200h 2013 (which gets 40+ MPG) , but we dont know how upside down we would be with the LX570. He emails me back saying, "come in and lets see if we can work out a deal" So we did, not thinking he would ever come up with such a wonderful option. so........ I came in, with a trade in hoping for the best, and after about an hour of negotiating, Joe Kandil, along with Mitch Patlock, came up with a generous trade in value, I was able to get into this Lexus CT 200h for 299/month, just like their advertisement offers. I didnt feel presured throughout the negotiating. Everyone answered my questions and allowed me to say exactly what I needed to make up my mind to sign and leave with my new CT 200h. If you want to be treated with respect, in a professional environment with classy people, go to Lexus of Englewood, and ask for Joe Kandil, he will make you feel comfortable, and try his best to get you into the car you want without all the pressure that comes with buying or leasing a car. Joe is personable, and easy to talk to. I will definetly go back when my lease is up, and I will definetly ALWAYS ask for Joe. He is one of a kind sales guy!!!! My husband and I are very happy with our CT200h, the car is awesome especially with this 40+MPG. A gentleman by the name Domingo O. Nunez was the finance Manager and he did our paperwork, explained everthing to us, and got us out of there fast!!! They are all wonderful, professional, and honest who possess such team work, Especially Joe Kandil of Lexus of Englewood. Thanks again Lexus of Englewood!!! We are again very satisified customers!!

So I visit this dealer at Englewood n.j. from n.y. for a used 2016 limited Subaru. So after going threw all documents robbing you fee which was said to be $495.00 but you get there it becomes $1,100.00 lol i kist want to buy a car .Anyhow after spending hours working a deal. I step into the $$$ office to then walk off 5min after sitting down. Upset that my # $$# changed the Financial Manager took it upon himself to try to scam me from my original numbers that was discussed with the sales consultant so why he thought my trade was worth nothing.luck me for getting less for my trade When it was said and done before entering the $$$ office I was expected to finance from $17 to $18,000 instead I see myself financing $20,000. Where do you come out with an extra $2000/$3000.00 ?from ? ...oh let me guess documentation fee. If you tell someone that youre charging a 495 documentation fee and then you turn around and try to charge a $1,100 documentation fee. Like really! How much ink can u use.?...lol head up... the service was great the test drive was good the vehicle was nicely presented nevertheless when it came to the financial office thumps down! please be careful. Wake aware take your time make sure that your #$$$# numbers are the same from what you spoke about woth sale rep .Make sure all the numbers you spoke about before you went into this financial management corrupt candy and water they offer to make you sleep watch yourself heads up and good luck. 4hrs of waste. But happy to have walk away. Thankfully the reviews have shown me more.... Max and Mateo... Oh and jelly bean finance officer who blew it up.... la cacaste

This is by far the best dealership I have ever dealt with, and Im typically a tough customer. These folks exemplify Luxury, service, and relationship building, something we all know is rare these days. Ask for Sales man John Lee, and is manager Eric, they were fantastic, and worked with us until we had more car than we wanted, for less than we planned to pay! You dont have to believe me but we now have a fully loaded RX 350 for what we planned to pay for a base model. These two rock!! Now for the cherry on the top, the service... Forget all the awesome amenities they normally give away, it was the fact that they went far beyond what I expected, in respect to customer service, that really sold me on making the deal as early on as I did. Heck, I missed lunch with my wife, was starving waiting for paperwork, and a fantastic soul named Simone not only offered me a snack, but brought me a monster turkey sub and chips, from the company kitchen! I was totally shocked! Ive had a number of luxury cars, from Mercedes to Audi, they dont even compare in service and experience. I expected maybe a bagel max, like at the service center, but this was a whale in comparison. She fed me, I was sold! Toni the finance manager was a blast and super helpful in making sure we were all set on our way out, I really enjoyed the conversation and laughs! Bottom line, all dealerships offer the same deal, dont judge by that alone it makes no sense, so for me its all about the service, and how well treat me and my family, and this place set the standard high. They can write a God damn book on how to treat a customer right. Best Experience ever!

I give them ZERO stars. Heres why. I bought an ES350 in 2013 from LOE and walked in 2015 for a valuation. Just a courteous no-nonsense valuation that couldnt hurt, and since it had 45,000 miles, it was in great condition and I wanted a market-valuation proposal. The snakehead of the general manager degradingly waves at me to come in, bashes me with humiliating verbal expressions on how the car has never received the 30k mile service [a $800 service fee] and totally denounces me like a kindergardner on "teaching" me about valuations. He low-balled the offer almost $8,000 below what its worth, and I knew that would be the mark-up and profit. After that instead of a respectful good-bye, he tells me to have good luck with finding a buyer. How he treats individuals is beyond understanding as to how they can remain in business. Also, Im no longer a fan of Lexus as they are too boring to own and drive. Im switching to Jaguar and Maserati where I have been dealt with more dignity, valor and integrity so never will I think about this Japanese $hitbox that is pretending to be a Louis Vuitton - youre a common place mechanism with crafty, dubious socially incompetent sales people that do not understand the VALUE OF RELATIONSHIP with a client. THIS IS THE ONLY SKILLI AND TOOL THAT CAN MAKE YOU MONEY IN REALITY. Stuck in a fantasy of the numbers game I only hope this dealership shuts down soon.
