These people are very deceitful. I called in advance concerning a 2007 Acura TL (VIN: 19UUA66287A019282). I mentioned that the price seemed low ($3995-$4995 was listed between 4 ads online.) I asked if the car was bank owned (banks have lower prices so they can lock you into a deal with a high interest rate but theyll essentially make you pay interest on 12 months in advance if you do a cash option so a $4000 car might jump to $4800 with a high interest rate applied.) I was told, "NO" the car was NOT bank owned but that a finance option was available. I asked if there were ANY interior, exterior, mechanical or electrical issues. I was told, "No" again. I arrive to view the car and the car looks nice at first glance. Opened the rear doors and the ENTIRE REAR SEAT moves out of place. It looks like the car was raided by the feds! Like someone was hiding something in the car and they ripped out the entire back seat. I proceed to look around the car, theres paint damage to the hood of the car, the calipers, brakes and rotors are severely rusted. Then I start asking about pricing and suddenly the price jumped from $3995 to $10,000. I ASKED prior to coming all the way to BK from Queens, if the advertised price of approx. $4K was a cash option and was told, "yes." SO... why the sudden drastic jump in price? These people should have been honest about the condition of the car in advance and about the price in advance. BTW even as a woman, I KNOW the book value of the car isnt more than $7K with 140K miles on it and the value is DEFINITELY lower with the issues the car had. I didnt even bother to drive it but am sure other things are wrong with it. Tired of misogynistic car sales men trying to rip women off. Then he had the nerve to try and explain himself. WRONG MOVE. DECEITFUL! 4 other people walked away angry from the dealer because they said they also were mislead. These positive reviews seem fake.

The guys who work there are amazing, kind, and honest. Therefore the 2 stars. However the bank(Westlake Financial) that they work with is a nightmare. After getting my car repossessed for missing 1 payment, they hit me up with almost a grand worth of fees just for the repo. Mind you, I gave them a heads up that I will be late with the payment, and the dispatcher said thats no problem. The only thing she forgot to do is update the system!!! So my car gets reepod, they want tuns of money that I dont have, so I told them Im not working with them anymore. Now the car had lots of my personal property in it, so I asked to get it back. Not only was there more fees just to get my stuff, but these guys told me that they sent the release form to the auction place, so I go to NJ from NY, get there just to find out that nothing had been sent. Called them back, they said it has been sent, but not to the auction. To another department of theirs, and its currently in pending status. After 2 weeks, and probably over 20 calls to these guys, they finally sent them the form, and I got my stuff back all wet, and damp, including my documents, clothes, and electronics. Obviously passport was ripped, clothes smelled like dead cats, electronics not working. Their excuse was-"sorry, but it was raining that day"!!! Cool stuff Westlake. A business like this should not even have the right to exist, and the people need to know the truth!

I went to the dealership yesterday with my boyfriend to look at a Honda I saw on the website. It was Sunday 2/7/16-only one guy working named Alex. Long story short, I was interested in one of the cars so I filled out a credit app, and he said hed get back to me today. So today he calls me 2/8/16, says he needs some info. Than persists on asking me "what I think about him, and would I be interested in dating him" I say "I was with my boyfriend yesterday so obviously not" He proceeds with saying "Your 1000$ down payment isnt enough for the car you want" (Although the car is only 5k$ online, and I got approved elsewhere with 1K$ down on a 10,500$ car, so yes 1K$ is more than enough) Then says "Ill do you a favor and put more money down for you, but only if you come alone tonight and do some favors for me" Obviously this was very sexual and I hung up. He called me a few more times and finally gave up I suppose. This isnt even a "customer service issue" but actually sexual harassment. I am extremely disgusted in his behavior and honestly dont think he should even be allowed to work there anymore. Not to mention he lost a sale for the place, because I wouldve taken the car tonight.-also complained to BBB, well see what happens

Saw an ad on craigslist listing a 2008 Acura MDX was told that the price was abou 7999. Went to Brooklyn to see this car. First the same car had a sticker price of 16000. When I asked him about the car he said he could do 11400. I asked him if this was the same car listed on Craigslist he said yes. But that was with a down payment. And tried to get me to finance the car. He said that the disclaimer was in the add and blamed Craigslist for. Or posting it and that it was on their website. Im on Craigslist. Why would I do that? The guy was dishonest. The business is crap. I dont even know how they are still in business. You want to stay far far away from this place. Do not waste your time. This place will cause you to have nightmares about your experiece there. When will they learn to do business honestly. I dont know. But until they do stay away. By the way. Any reviews with 5 star ratings should be questioned. One review says they were transparent. Lol. Can you believe that load of poo. They should have 0 stars. Stay away. Stay away. Stay away.

If I could set it to 0 stars I would. Bought a bmw a month and a half and on the first visit to the dealer due to a water lickage, found 2 oil licks all totaling to $2700 dollars. Thats not all! Today the bass from the R door went out so who knows how much that will cost me. Also they are very rude, 0 class and give you a title from Alabama but they operate in NYC so dont know whats up with that. If a cop stops prepare to be asked a bunch of questions about the car. Also dont believe when they tell you to wait until they send you the permanent plates before taking it to the dealer for inspection or to check on the car; they wont send them until like 40 days later. As soon as you take the car off their lot, go to the dealer where you live and have it checked, whatever comes up and they have to fix it or refund you the money by law! Dont let them fool you

I had a similar experience as Angela, on the previous review. Sure their ad has a hole paragraph about their fees and finance price... But nowhere does it say the price excludes a $3,000 down payment for financing the advertised $7,995 price. Couldve saved me 3 hours and told me the actual price of the car. The cars in this lot are all repossessed and owned by the bank and are not serviced prior to showing. The car I went to see had terrible steering - there was obvious play, so I didnt even bother to start the car at their actual price. The general manager wss the only one there. I wanted to discuss pricing and logistics more, so he told me to go in the office and wait. I waited 10 mins to discover he was helping everyone else while I waited! Poor business practice, unacceptable service, rude and deceitful sales reps. Steer clear!
