I had a quote from Wal-Mart on tires . the only problem was that Wal-Mart was out of stock of the tires I needed. so I come here and they told me they would match Wal-Marts quote. well I show the quote to a guy and he locks in the matching price $52.50 per tire plus $12 per tire for installation. he told me Im looking at an hour wait to even get pulled back to begin the work. I said well Ill be back in an hour then. hour later I come check in with a different guy. he goes in changes the price that was locked in . I said excuse me but the other guy locked in the price and is matching Wal-Marts price . he said well Wal-Mart charges $17 installation per tire not $12 . I said no I have a quote and I began to show him the quote from Wal-Mart. I said it plainly states here $52.50 per tire and $12. per tire for installation. I said the other guy saw this quote the price was already locked in . so he got upset but he changed the price back to match Wal-Marts quote. then he let my order sat there and rung up to people after I paid before he took my paperwork to the back to get my tires installed. no I will not ever in my life use Discount Tires. Id rather go to Kaufman tire and be treated like a human than go here and treated crappy..

I am very disappointed with the service I received. When I arrived they said hello then commenced to do everything but ask me what I needed. I waited patiently for about ten minutes before deciding to leave. Of course as I am walking out the door they finally send some kid out to apologize. Fine. Ok so I give them a break and go ahead and get my tires from them. They told me one hour. So as hour 2 crosses I get up to figure out what is taking so long and this guy is like your car is done. Well hello im sitting right here!! My thing is even if they called my name and I didnt reply something I highly doubt happened cause I was sitting literally right next to the desks you dont even do a coyrtesy phone call?? Come on. Over all just badly managed. They need to get a system in place to make things run more smoothly.

We came here Saturday because we had a nail in one of the tires we bought from them not too long ago. The night before we heard air so we took it up there. The guy explained that no air was leaking and that we was good to go. Well at night time Saturday we noticed my tire going running low to wake up Sunday morning and it being completely flat. We took the tire off to notice they didnt even take the nail out . Going back up there this morning to complain and for them to fix it. It was pour service and highly disappointed.

I have had my second experience with this location. Both times they have installed new wheels and mounted a set of tires. They take great care in their work and performed flawless service for me on both occasions. The style of the custom wheels can make it difficult to install tires but they mounted the tires without major issues. I have dealt with Dale, Jake and Tyler. All were very accommodating and informative. Will continue to patronize this location.

Every time I go here I have a good experience. They go to your car with you and genuinely listen to what needs to be done. The staff up front and the mechanics are very professional & take measures to protect your car while the works being done. I also like that you can make an appointment online. I went the other day and had a tire fixed, that had a small nail in it, and tire rotation. Wasnt even there a hour. I highly recommend Discount Tire in Hiram!

I shopped at the Hiram location on 10/27/15. I was unsure about exactly what I wanted, but had a general idea. Both Adam and Caleb provided premier customer service! Im blown away by the time they spent helping and patience they had with me while I made a decision. By the end of it all, I was very satisfied with everything, from wheels to tires to the smiles and helpfulness. This is how you build repeat customers! Well done!

Took my car there to have my tire fixed and they damaged the back of my car when they took the tire out of the back of my car. I showed them the damage and they told me get an estimate and send to their claims dept. Their claims dept said Discount Tire is not accepting liability for the damage to your vehicle. Beware when taking your car to them. if they damage they will not pay for it.

Nice and decent guys. I had to return five times for one golf cart tire because of a faulty inner tube. Discount told me the problem asap though. It wasnt Discounts fault and they were super about it. We trust all of our vehicles to these guys and highly recommend them. Of course they will try to sell you tires, that is their job. However, no one can say they dont keep you safe!

Employee I spoke to after arriving for an appointment was nice. Left my car to have the tire replaced, and change out a wheel. When I returned only the wheel was changed the tire was not replaced and I had somewhere to be so I went somewhere else to have the tire changed. We spoke for 5 minutes finding a replacement tire I dont know how they forgot to do that.

These people are so honest. I took my car in for a new tire after being told by another local place that I needed one. (the price at the first place was too high). They checked the tire and stated that nothing was wrong with the tire...they could have easily sold me a new tire but they were honest. Definitely will keep coming here for all tire needs.

I came here a few weeks ago, and never really thought anything of the experience, until I realized how poorly they treated my wheels. The guy working on my car pulled off my original BBS wheels and tossed them on the ground, face down. Anyone who knows anything would know better than to put a wheel face down. Let alone throw it. Not pleased at all.

My mother went there to buy some tires for her Ford Focus, they sold her speed rated 50 series tires when they could factory for half the price when her car to speak to the manager said he could not help me since she had drove the tires , which was about thirty miles. So elderly people should be aware of their business practices.

I went here to get tires on 20inch wheels for a GMC Jimmy. I called, made an appointment, and told them ALL of the information (tire size, vehicle etc.). When I get there I am told they cant mount the tires because those are not the factory wheels. Worst customer service ever, I will be calling their customer service.

Id give this place 5 stars if their employees were smart enough to follow simple instructions and not flat out lie to your face. The ONLY reason theyre getting 3 stars is due to the fact that they do carry great tires and at an excellent price.
