Id love to give them a five star review. They always have been good and helpful in the past, with some exceptions, but something has changed for the worse. First, they cant install Honda hub caps correctly. There is one hole of many on the edge of my hub caps that, when properly aligned, wont tweak the valve stem. Only. One. Hole. For some reason they just cant seem to find it, and now my valve stem is now being pressed sideways by the Hub cap. Heres the kicker, were these not Honda wheels the fix would be as simple as popping off the covers, turning them 90 or 180 degrees, and putting them back on. But they are Honda wheels. My hub caps dont snap on. Theres a ring on the lug nuts that secures the hub cap, so the lug nuts have to be removed, the hub cap rotated, and the lug nuts reinstalled. Most of the time I like the feature since its more secure, but today it and Discount Tire shot me in the proverbial foot. Changing the orientation of a hub cap isnt a hard job, but its time consuming. I dont want my time consumed by a job that couldve been prevented had the Discount Tire tech just taken three seconds per tire to be sure the wheel covers were in the proper orientation BEFORE installing the lug nuts. Now its quicker for me to just jack up the car and fix it myself than it would be to drive my car to the shop, wait for my turn, hope they fix it right, and then drive home. Whats sad is that I even put pieces of tape on the hub cap to mark where the valve stems go, and THE TECH IGNORED THEM. That isnt the only issue I had with my visit. I also felt like I was getting the hard sell to buy tires because mine are old and worn. Thank you for checking my tires, but I dont need the scare tactics. MY TIRES ARENT EXCESSIVELY WORN, AND THEY ARENT PAST THEIR EXPIRATION DATE! I feel that this is a predatory practice disguised as a courtesy. Learn how to check your tires so you can avoid this shady practice. Over the years Ive had very good dealings with Discount Tire, and I still feel that they have good products at good prices. They just need to work on their attention to detail and their sales practices.

The staff at Discount Tire very professionally dealt with a problem I had due to defective tires. The tires wore out after 25k of the supposed 60k miles of life I was supposed to receive from them. I hadnt purchased a warranty on the tires, so I went in there armed with my records of getting the tires rotated at the dealer and prepared to do battle to get a refund. After I explained the problem, they refunded me an amount of the purchase price that was proportional to the wear on the tires I hadnt gotten (and I didnt even have to ask them to do that!). I bought 4 new tires from them, and will continue to buy tires from them as long as I live!

These guys are horrible! They dont even deserve one star!!! This is the second year in a row this has happened to me. I get my winter tires put on, they break my sensor then my tire goes flat while I am driving!!! They just rush through customers and dont take their time to do their job! I got my tires put on yesterday left the business my tire sensor was on went back they said that oh the nozzle wasnt screwed on all the way thats why. Woke up this morning back on and I am driving and some lady honks at me and tells me my tie is completely flat! Dont take your car to this place! I am very frustrated and will never return.

In the past theyve been good for me however i had not been here in a couple years. This last time the service was horribly slow. I had an appointment and was told it would take 40 minutes, 20min later they finally pulled my car in the bay and the young technician swapping tires figured talking with the others, wandering around and being distracted with everything else was more important than doing his job. The Sales guy Josh C was nice, informative and great. But the service tech was horrible. 1 hour and 25 minutes after arriving they finally finished. Twice the time then what they said it would take. Absolutely horrible.

Very bad experience with discount tires in Roy, Utah. My wife took my small truck in with a flat, but would not fix the tire because it was older then 10 years old but the tire that had a flat was in excellent condition hardly ever drove the truck, then started to up sale for another tire, all we wanted was the flat tire fixed She got back in the car with the flat and went down the street To C&M tires in Roy, 15 minutes later the flat was fixed with no up sale. I have 2 other vehicles that I used too buy tires for from Discount, but now my business is witb C&M tires.

Last few times Ive been to discount tires in Roy I have been helped quick for a great price. One time they even gave me a key to my Lugnuts that was very difficult to find and I would have had to order it online for a very high price they had an extra one so they gave it to me which kept me from having to be without a car for a few days . This time the tire was under warranty so they just replaced it for free these guys are fast and awesome!!

Came in for a flat repair on tire I had previously bought there. It was unrepairable so I was looking at 2 new tires that were matching my other 2 they let me know about a tire certificate that I had with my old tires that replaced one of them for free and gave me credit on the second one. No other store told me about it! But Im so glad they did I got a killer deal and I will now get all my tires at discount. Thank you guys!

Ive never had customer service like this! I walked in stood (for less than 10 seconds) in line behind someone. Mechanic came in and asked for my keys. I said dude.. Do you know what Im here for? "Yup tires and wheels!" I didnt call ahead. I didnt make a previous appointment. I paid for my wheels a couple weeks ago. I randomly showed up when I got off work. Bam! They slapped them on! I was floored by their service speed.

I tried to get my tires balanced today and you refused because there was not enough tread left. The wear bars are not showing on my tires and now I am stuck driving around with unbalanced tires. This is dangerous and annoying. This is just a poor business practice Discount Tire has started doing to sell more tires to people that dont need them yet. I have done a lot of business with Discount Tire and I am done!

They didnt call to let me know the tires were in that I ordered. They didnt call after the tires were installed. They did tell me they broke a stud and lug nut and I can take it next door to get it repaired. They didnt reset my tire pressure sensors and now they are closed and I get to go back and ask them to reset them another day. Disappointed.
