This place never called me to let me know my tires were in when they said they would until I called to find out and they said oh yeah theyve been here awhile. Then they never called to let me know my truck was done until I came down to see if it was done after 4 hours when they said they would call me in about 45 minutes. Then they made up thousands of excuses saying they called me and I didnt answer then they said they emailed me when I never gave them an email address so I dont know who they emailed them they said they text me and I never picked it up when I never received a text from them either so they do a great job communicating with you. Nor did I ever get my rebate they told me I would get. Too bad I cant give a zero star instead of one star.

incompetent service. On multiple visits have had issues. One visit center cap was broken and they stuck a longer bolt with a washer to repair it. Bolt and washer stuck out from wheel which is how I noticed the damage. Another time they forgot to return the key to my locking lugs. Claimed they returned it to me. On another visit they forgot to put on spacer ring on my custom wheel. I noticed it because the spacer ring was sitting on passenger seat of my vehicle. I asked about the ring thinking it may have been a spare that came with my new set of wheels. When I showed them they said they forgot to install it. If the ring had not been on the passenger seat I would never have known that wheel was improperly installed.

This location is fantastic! Particularly if you are a parent. The lobby is clean and welcoming, complete with a train table, Legos, and refreshments. The staff if kind and courteous to every customer. While walking into the store with my children, a worker stopped a truck from backing out of the shop until my baby, toddler and I were safe. The auto mechanic came to my seat, since I was dealing with a baby to discuss my options with little to no pressure to buy unnecessary items. They always go above and beyond for the customer. I will be a loyal customer for decades because of this service. THANK YOU!!!

I have purchased tires from discount tires for a couple years now. Today I went to have my tires rotated and the gentlemen helping Me, his name was Ty saw that my tires were lower than recommended to rotate. After some discussion of the options I had to replace said tires due to a credit towards the mileage left on the tread, the manager suggested using the credit toward a pair of used tires that still had good tread on them. I walked out of there with better tires than I came in with for free because they were concerned about my safety on the road...

They never fail to impress! Ive gotten at least 4 sets of tires there and never had a bad experience. They stand behind their work/products til the end and beyond. My last set just wasnt worthy of my truck and wore fast. The manager gave me 2/3 of their cost back toward my next set. If you have any problems they will be more than fair. Free flat repair plus balancing and rotation as needed for the life of your tires to be sure you get the most out of them. I promise Im not affiliated. I just think a great company deserves all the business.

Great service, Ive had work done several times on all tires here and they are always keeping the customer in mind. When I went on to have my tires changed, they looked at it and said that they didnt need to be changed yet. They told me to go wear them down some more, come back once a month if Id like to keep checking them, but once the tires began under performing, then theyd buy my tires back to help give me a discounted price when the time came to have them replaced. Very helpful and knowledgable.

I had my wheel/tire setup balanced 4 different times at another store. Brought them in to these guys and shared my concerns about how they were being properly imbalanced. The vibration issue I had from the other store is now gone thanks to them listening to my concerns and balancing them the correct way (lug centric with road force._ I nearly replaced a drive line which would have cost over $500. They fixed the issue for free and did it first thing in the morning! Thanks again!

Absolutely the worst place to go for tires, employees screaming, yelling, and cursing all the time, management has loss control of the situation. Management is also following suite by yelling at employees. Over heard one manager yelling at an employee for taking 25 minutes for a tire change on an F150 saying policy was 20 minutes. When the employee responded with but the was with two employees, I did this myself, he was told to shut the F%$^ up. Stay away from here.

We had a van full of 12 scouts ready to leave on a multi-day camping trip. As we were loading the last scouts someone noticed a screw in the front tire. It was 5:55 pm. In desperation I called the store and explained our situation. They closed at 6:00 but cheerfully told us to come over. They replaced the tire and got us on our way. They even gave the scouts a water each from their cooloer (hot summer afternoon). You dont often find customer service this good.

Best service anywhere! We have brought three vehicles in and the service has been exceptional! Im most impressed with their follow up service. I came in with a slow leak and they treated me like I was the only customer in the place even though they were slammed with business. The store is always clean and the crew is friendly and knowledgeable. Very professional! I highly recommend them! This kind of service is becoming a rarity. You wont be disappointed...

Wow! This place is the best! The service this place provides is incredible. Ive had two cars through this place and Im very happy with the amount of miles Ive been able to put on these tires. The staff is very friendly. They treat you like you are the most important customer. I refuse to go to any other tire shop now. I would recommend this place to anybody.

Great experience every single time Ive worked with these guys. The manager is amazing and all the staff is polite and courteous. They also help me to pick out the best tire within my price range and dont try to upsell me on a bunch of additional stuff! These guys are amazing! They take the time to fix a flat without charging for a patch. Most places charge 10 per tire for a patch. I love the free rotations for the life of my tires. They didnt mind my 2 yr old running around behind the counters trying to answer the phone. They are life savers that os for sure.

This place has saved me literally over a thousand dollars when my tires were wearing out prematurely they were happy to replace them. I had the hazard warranty but this was ozone cracking and they warrantied them anyway as a favor. I wont go anywhere else.
