So, I am a busy person and I dont have a million years to mill around all day shopping for glasses. Also I am a bit of a newbie about glasses. I was glad that Chris at Lloyd Visionworks was confident and provided clarity to the choosing of glasses. I felt confident that the frames would look good on my face. Some people might like a hands off experience but I really liked that this man helping me choose the lenses was not off in the distance. I would have wasted time if I were by myself dithering over all the millions of options. He seemed to make a beeline to the exact choices that would be right for me hair and face, and knew which ones to skip. He just knew so much about it all it made the experience go by quickly. Also I never felt rushed, I just felt kind of cared for.

Reading previous reviews I went there hoping that I will get high quality service and my experience was quite opposite. Although James presented product knowledge he treated me in so malicious, condescending manner that I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Instead of explaining politely technical features of lenses and glasses he was just "barking" like a bad dog - cutting short all my questions and concerns. Do not go there you will waste your time, money and resources. They DO NOT CARE for customers - just only how much money they can charge to your health insurance and take out of your pocket!

I had a great experience. James helped me pick glasses that were stylish, good for my facial structure and my prescription. I bought a regular pair and a pair of sunglasses. I love both of them. The glasses were there when promised and I havent had any problems so far. He fixed my husbands glasses and he hadnt even bought them there. I bought my previous glasses there several years ago and the customer service was not close to the quality I experienced. I also have not had problems with the lens themselves.

Today I brought in a badly bent pair of glasses with metal frames to see if they could be made functional again. I first took them into the LensCrafters store at Lloyd Center as the glasses were made by LensCrafters. The optician who examined them wouldnt try to fix them. The optician in this store sweetly and carefully bent them back so they fit and functioned perfectly. Ill be getting my next pair of glasses here. Good bye LensCrafters!

So I go to this place, buy my daughters glasses and tell them to hold my order. I call to pay for my order and they dont have it!! They tell me I can come back in and pick them out...It took me three hours to do it in the first place... Dont bother going to this place, they cant keep track of anything - very unprofessional

Very good selection of frames but the customer service was unbearable. The guy acted like a car salesman, really pushing me to choose the most expensive options on anything I was interested in. Needless to say I ended up getting my glasses elsewhere and will never come back here again.

Had a great experience at the optometrist here as well as ordering new contacts. Really easy to get in as a new patient and customer. Recommended.
