I love this Hy-Vee. Customer service, nine times out of ten, is exemplary. The store is always so clean, there are no pervading smells in the air (good or bad), and there is a wide selection of natural, organic, & healthy options to choose from. I think the store layout is very logical & makes sense to most shoppers. There is literally someone in every aisle to help. This store is definitely out of my way, but at least twice per month I make the trip to pick up a few things just because of the experience. Great job, Prarie Village Hy-Vee!

Clean, stocked, safe, quality store. The customer service is great. My only 2 small problems/questions are: 1) Why does the breezeway entry feel and look like a prison? Shouldnt there be coin operated horses, tattoo machines, soda machines and flowers Ill never buy? 2) Why would you design a store so perfectly, however once you install the floorplan, your wide aisles happen to have columns in the way- which is completely defeating the purpose of having wide aisles!!

This location is reasonably well stocked with a fine variety of foods. There is a deli, but they dont seem to want to slice meat fresh while you wait. There is also a meat section, and the usual fixtures. Prices are reasonable for the sort of store it is (not high end, not bargain basement). The service is friendly and the store seems well staffed.

I cant say enough nice things about this Hy-Vee location. Their staff are friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Its kept clean and well lit. Their selection is great, especially for a neighborhood grocery. Most of my weekly shopping takes place here with the occasional supplemental visit to specialty shops when needed.

Hy-vee may not have the cheapest groceries, but they usually make up for that in service and accommodations. Unfortunately, this location doesnt hold that standards all the time. Please spend more time training your entry level staff. They are the face of your business.

Great store brand. 24-hour convenience, great specials each week. Limited bulk at this location but all the basics you could want from a grocery store plus a very good selection of premium and everything in between. My go to grocery store for years and years.

Went to deli to pick up 2 Chinese meals to go. The deli at this store doesnt serve Chinese food. Guess Ill have to stick with the wonderful deli in Raytown. I had fasted for a blood test at Dr office and that sounded so good.

Great prices on staple foods (for our pantry anyway, YMMV). Organic and bulk food section is worth checking out, but segregating those items makes shopping more time-consuming. Staff are helpful, efficient, and plentiful.

My favorite grocery store. Not kitschy like Trader Joes and not much in the way of choices for organic veggie snobs or gluten frees. Just a down home grocery store with friendly staff and the best pharmacy in town.

The staff here are exceptionally helpful. The prices and selection are great. And the option of shopping online was really convenient for my wife when she was taking care of our newborn. We love our local Hy-Vee!

My home town Hy-Vee. Its got a great layout. Just turn right, hit the produce, walk back through the bakery and deli. Dairy and eggs in the back left corner. The staff is friendly and helpful. Great parking lot.

The Aisles home delivery service is wonderful. Using the site is easy. Rhonda delivered my groceries tonight - she is pleasant and a very hard worker, a good ambassador for one of my favorite grocery stores.
