We were having a Long standing Issue with with NewLeaf the Warranty Company we bought purchased a service contract through when we bought our Washer in Dryer in Nov of 2014 it was madding dealing with them, as a last ditch effort I called into the Store and Spoke to Thomas and this was my 3rd and was going to the last time I called in I was getting the run around from newLeaf and I was getting the Run around from the First two employees I spoke to in regards to this issue I was told they would call me back and after days of waiting I got nothing I was told they (could not cancel the contract etc ) new leaf would have to do it And new lead would tell me that appliance smart has to do it . The run around! I told Thomas I could send him all the information (E Mails and cancelation letters ETC), about an hour later I get a call from John the Store Manager telling me that he was working with Jill from Capital City and they were able to resolve the Situation ! And we now no longer Suspension with new leaf Thanks again to John and Tom and the rest of appliancesmart ! You have customers for life ! Top notch job The Wiseman Family

Ive purchased about a dozen different appliances from this store. Ive got cheap rental stove to our $2000 range. You would will have to shop around and they may or may not have what you are looking for. A lot the items are scratch and dent but also have a few new items. The last Item I bought there I saved $800 of the MSRP. If you are willing to shop you can save a bundle.

Bought a new refrigerator from them and it arrived with a scratch. They kept trying to deliver a floor model to us with scratches on it (the 4th time they put white out on it to cover the scratches). Finally going to buy one from Lowes and have them take the used one back. If you want to pay for a new appliance but get a used one this is the store you.

Great deals, if you can handle a small scratch or ding here and there. I will definitely go back for other appliances. Did only have 2 people working, so service wasnt 100% and make sure you bring help to load what you get. But you cant beat some of the deals!

A neat place to get some great deals on things we all need. Pay particular attention to their washer and dryer combos that can save big money. Scratch and dent items can also save big bucks. A worthwhile place to visit to see what they have in stock.
