I wouldve put zero stars but they wont let me I had to at least give them a one but AnyWho I have 55 gallon fish tank with more fission at that Ive had for over two years for healthy fish that are fully grown to adult. Sadly my 4 fish looks like theyre dying. Say this was about two weeks ago I decided to go to pet supplies plus to purchase the Placo window Ive heard lots of stories people purchasing fish there and their fish dying with in days because of a disease name ich. Me and my boyfriend have purchased betas there and havent had any problem so I decide to ignore everything that Ive heard Andrew purchase of Flacc me and my boyfriend have purchased betas there and havent had any problem so I decide to ignore everything that Ive heard And purchased a placo for my 55 glan fish tank. Within 30 minutes of me bringing them home and get them settled in his new home I noticed that he had white spots all around his body and then when I did the research I saw that it was ich immediately took him out of my fish tannk and called uppet supplies plus right away told them about the ich they told me just bring them up and then Ill most likely have to buy ich cure stuff for my fish tank well I didnt think I would have to buy it seeing as how they sold me a fish that had it but I just said whatever brought him up to the store you told me oh its not ich its just his bumps he has bumps on his body and they assured me that my tank wouldnt be infested with Ich because its not ich that within two days of me putting him back in my tank my whole tank was infested with Ich I caught at the store they told me what I need to get and how much to add and I told him that how I felt that I should have to buy at seeing as how I purchase the fish from their store that I had it They told me that its not their fault that its my fault that I got ich I just said whatever went and purchased the care of stuff Time I got back home I found the placo floading at the top of the tank dead I felt like I shouldve called the but I didnt feel like dealing with them anymore I took him out and added the right amount that they told me that but within the next day my whole tank was blue three of the other fish that was in the was in tank with dead and my 4 fish that Ive had for two years Barry swimming and they looked like they were dying I filtered out the Ich stuff within two days my tank was infested even worse than what it was before had my first tank set up with the sport face in there for over two years and Ive never once had any problems up until now part of the fish store there are no me purchase vest from and they told me that the stuff I added was not good for my fast and they told me that I overdose my fish they told me the right stuff to buy how much to put in fully soon I will see my fish swimming around happy again instead of just sitting in one spot looking sad take my Advice looking for a place with good quality fish disease-free and healthy go to an actual fish store because pet supplies plus is like the little carnival you go to and win a small goldfish you know the ones that you win looks cute and then die within two days thats pet supplies plus fish are never again am I going to any pet supplies stores obviously they dont know what theyre talking about when it comes down to animal care

I would not of even given a one star but it would not let me move on without. My experience at the Brooklyn Ohio store was good until I checked out And had to deal with somebodyhad one problem after another I waited for at least 15 to 20 minutes for the manager got off the phone for me to get assistance while they were having register issues although it seemed like only the register I was at was having that issue they said it was throughout all of them but seems like everybody else was getting checked out while I was waiting for the manager to get off the phone once the manager got off the phone and came to help she wanted me to run the transaction again which I knew was going to end up in a double posting she assured me it would not but it did this all took place on the 19th today is the 26th and Im still waiting to hear if its been resolved with my bank or what I called my bank no resolution pet supplies said they would look into it and get back to me again as Ive been patiently waiting since the 19th for a phone call from them no phone call I had to call them again this was not a small transaction I shop there all the time I spent $186 this time which is a large transaction I have a large dog and I shop there at least once a week of and this is the way Im being treated I will not be shopping at the store again and I will make sure that people I know either as this is a horrible situation and have been offered no apologies or anything towards this issue I feel something should be done I waited a while now and my account had an additional three overdraft charges due to this being a large amount and this happening right before my payday hopefully those will be taken care of too its very sad because I like going to the store the customer service was pretty good but this was a horrible experience and the way it was handled afterwords is still horrible nobody called me I was told today as Im sick at home when I called the store that they saw an email go through well You would think somebody would pick up the phone and call me directly as theyve taken my phone number every time that Ive talk to them but no phone call today Ive been told I will get a phone call well see if that even happens Close to $400 taken out in one evening is a lot of money for them to not take any action immediately I was told when I asked are you sure this is not going to be charged twice that if it was it would be immediately taken care of very soon Im very sorry this happened because I like shopping at the store its very convenient for me but with situations like this I cant afford to happen to me very sad

I had to write a review for this Pet Supplies Plus location at Ridge Park Square. I was very pleased with my shopping experience there tonight. I stopped in about 8:30pm 06-01-13. Upon entering the store I was greeted in a friendly manner and asked if I needed help. I knew what I was going in for so I declined the offer. I was in for an advertised sale on Fancy Feast variety boxes and Friskies cat treats; but was disappointed to not see any on the shelves. Granted it was late in the day so I almost walked out without the purchase. There were two stocking associates in the cat food isle who were more than happy to check if there were any more in the back, and then suggested that I request a rain-check for the items not in stock! Wow! Great customer service =). Upon checking out I mentioned to the cashier about the rain-check and the manager was more than happy to accommodate me!! Awesome store, Great Job retail team & manager for being so knowledgeable and responsive and making this a gratifying shopping trip. you made my day!
