I took my poodle for grooming at the Fairlawn location when we first adopted him and Ashley did a great job. When I tried a different location because it was closer to home, the groomer actually cut the tips of both his ears! Ok... accidents happen. I took him back there later and told them to be more careful and considerate. I got a call that he would not cooperate, they did not do his feet & legs completely, and said they wouldnt in the future because he was "aggressive". (I think it was the groomer who was aggressive.) I was sooo upset, but I took him back to Fairlawn (after he had time to chill from the bad experience), explained the situation, and they once again did a great job - with NO problem from my dog. He came home handsome, happy, and uninjured. I wont take him anyplace else again! The longer drive and the cost are worth it - my furbaby deserves good treatment when being groomed.

My 3 friends and I were there earlier today buying training supplies and working on some dog training. My dog is nervous around strangers and their dogs are training to be service dogs. Our dogs were well under control and not off leash. We were not giving any advice or advertising for a company, but minding our own business and working with our dogs. We were kicked out by Howard for training our dogs. Even when we explained we werent working with a company or giving any advice he still said we had to leave. I returned what I purchased and the cashier was very sweet and upset we were asked to leave. She provided great customer service which is why this got 2 stars instead of 1

While moving down to Columbus my cats had a couple "accidents" on our way to 71S. I stopped at this Petsmart hoping I could perhaps have them bathed, so they would not sit in their own mess for two hours. While they could not help in the bathing department (because I did not have their immunization records on me, which is understandable), one of the employees helped me by offering where to get wipes and liners to make the rest of the journey as comfortable as possible for the cats. I wish I had remembered to get her name to send an email to corporate letting them know the wonderful service and care I received here.

the employee that helped me buy my betta fish and frogs was extremely condescending and rude towards me. She was second guessing all of the information i knew of my pets. She dropped a frog while picking it out, keep in mind this is a fully aquatic frog that she dropped the feet onto the dry ground. This later resulted in the death of said frog. When replacing the frog the manager forgot my new frog and the desk clerk couldnt operate their computer. Honestly pet stores in general are not the best but this just made me angry.

Albsolutely the worst store ever. We bought a beta fish from them as a reward for our 7 yr old son. The beta is now currentky dying because the employee who works in the fish department gave my fiance bad advice and told her to buy the wrong items for our tank. This employee is totally ignorant on betas, and us being new owners trusted her advice. It was wrong and now our beta has very damaged fins and possibly an infection. We bought exactly what the employee said betas need. I would not trust any employee at this store.

Simply rating 5 Stars for my favorite groomer Brittnay. My pup has really sensitive skin and Ive had a lot of issues with other groomers, but Brittnay has always taken extra care to make sure my fur-baby was okay! She also always had coupons for us and took time to show us products around the store! I always ended up spending more money than anticipated (not complaining!) because she cared enough to make sure we left with everything we needed/wanted! We will be taking our business wherever Brittnay ends up going.

Brittany gently worked amazing, creative wonders with our bowWow. I had gotten lax with grooming over the winter months, but we are happy that our miniSchnauzer is more comfortable, tangle free, and looksGreat! We enjoyed a pleasant, professional and caring environment; More importantly, Brittanys tenderness with our bestie, along with her skill and patience are quite notable. Highly recommended!

I went to this store to get a fish. The male associate in the fish section immediately came up to me, ignored what I was saying and kept telling me the type of fish I need to get, which was far from the fish I said I wanted. When another associate tried to actually help me he wouldnt let her speak and kept talking over us. I then left the store without a fish because I was so overwhelmed.: (

everyone there is so nice, and they love animals, theyre so nice whenever i go to get my dog groomed. that dirty little secret stuff is TOTAL crap, because ive been thinking about getting a guinea pig from there and i have looked around to make sure all the animals are happy, and if you believe the dirty little secret stuff then hey, you can adopt a pet and save it.

13+ people waiting in line for a half hour to check out, only having one register open. They finally open two other lanes, but they can only take cash or check. Due to all their credit card readers being down. Huge inconvenience for myself and the other shoppers who didnt have cash or checks. If I could give it a negative rating, I would give it a negative 2 stars.

Liberal company wasting your hard earned money by giving it away to charity instead of using it to sell better products and food not from China. Better off buying from walmart, at least you know youre getting cheap Chinese junk and not being duped in to paying premiums for the same stuff from walyworld

Terrible service, Ive not ever had a good experience at this location. The manager has a terrible attitude and the cashiers run the place like they own it. Very condescending and down right rude. I go out of my way NOT to go to this location.

Pet Smart has the variety I need for three cats with widely varying tastes. Found two new lines of wet food to try, and both were hits with the 16 year old senior guy. Plus I get cash back when I pay with my PNC debit card.
