I visited the Portage Crossings store several times and always get great service, whether from the cashier or someone stocking supplies. As I have 3 (now 4) cats, one with a very sensitive stomach, I will buy larger bags of kibble. The prices are comparable to PetSmart, which is closer to me. But every single time Ive bought cat food there, one of their employees carry it out to my car! Now, even though I am perfectly capable of carrying an 18 pound bag, I really appreciate the help! Maybe they do this so carts arent left in the parking lot, but I still love this service! Also, right around Christmas time, the cashier handed me a bag with a couple of their Wellness brand wet cat food for a Christmas treat for the cats. While my indoor cats didnt like it, the outdoor cats Ive been feeding loved it!
