When we arrived 20 minutes ago there were two dogs in front of us to have their nails clipped. There was only one groomer working at the time and the groomer called on the speaker system for help. Then I see a dog go back there and they put the dog on the table and the dog started yelping clearly because she cut back too far and then the next thing you know two workers were in there with the dog off of all fours being handled in the air as the dog was kicking and yelping in pain and discomfort. At some point you have to just tell the owner you cant clip their nails and let it go! My dog will never Be getting her nails clipped here after that we turned around. I told the manager about the abuse that was going on and he looked at me like I was stupid. You dont treat animals like that! I had gotten my dogs nails clipped here once before this experience and they cut back too far and she yelped and nail was bleeding. And at that experience she was being completely calm and not jerking so there was absolutely no need for that unprofessionalism! Do they hire these people randomly off the streets!?

Zach was very helpful and has much knowledge when it comes to animals diets. We brought our dog in that we adopted after she was dumped in a ditch. She was missing hair, itching, scratching and biting herself. We had no food for her so we went to where we get our cat food, pet supply plus. Zach helped us out by suggesting we try Redford Naturals. He said give it a month and we should see a huge difference. Within a week, her hair was growing in, she was no longer lethargic, or biting at herself. He saved us so much money in vet bills. Thank you Zach.

I havent used any groomer there besides a lady named Karen, so this review is based on her only...not the grooming shop as a whole. She is awesome. She does a great job with our almost one year old golden doodle. He has curly long hard to manage fur and she does a great job! She is the only groomer we have used since we got him....and she is the only one we will continue with. My Teddy loves her too! He gets excited when we pull in the parking lot and ask him if hes ready to go see Karen. Word on the street is Karen has good treats :)

So far so good here! I have three dogs & I always take them to get their nails cut because they are so freaked out over it and these groomers get the job done! We will have to see how they work with them on anything else!

The guys and gals at this location are so helpful and always treat my pets so good! Also this is the best spot for the all natural dog food my pitbull requires. FREE TOENAIL CLIPPING FOR FIRST TIME PUPPIES!!! :)

Good location,not many other choices close by.Good selection of food and supplies.Tropical fish selection is pretty typical of the chain stores,a few reptiles etc...also has vet clinic days and on site grooming.

Pet Supplies Plus Manchester Road has one of the best staff around. Very neighbor oriented. The grooming department it top notch and the staff is very knowledgeable.

My dog gets groomed here and loves to visit the store when its time to buy food or treats. The staff is always very helpful. The groomer Tiara is excellent!
