After making a purchase at this store I not only found majority of their items online, but especially on ebay for 99cents, when I spent much more. This store is misrepresenting itself to be a "luxury pet boutique," but I feel sorry for those who get scammed and dont even know it. I walked into the store about 30 minutes after making my purchase, to tell them that I saw their items online and would like to make an exchange for something of value. The employees there started to help me to find things that could add up to what I spent, and informed me that they know that the manager does order the items online and sell them for significantly more. The employees continued by saying that very few people catch that though. However, I appreciate the help and honesty of her employees. I found a few items to add up to my total. Then the manager walked in. So, I told her in a whisper what I had discovered about her store and items and she began to yell and say what are you talking about. I whispered to her so that her customers wouldnt hear, but she clearly didnt care. Also, they dont care for your business after you have made a nice purchase. I had her employee call her over for me and she got on the phone and said loudly, "Oh shell have to wait." Then, she came over and I said I am just telling you what i saw online and what your employees said was true and she refused to exchange my purchase, even though their terms said that they would. Bad customer service, they sell false impression goods. They are not a "luxury" store (they should rename to the ebay store). I was going to file a report after reading all the other posts about how they are a scam, but I decided that a review would help you guys out there much more. The manager named Chelsea was rude, and aggressive. Dont make the same mistake of shopping here, go shop some place else.

Pucci & Catana is a great store for all those pets lovers. You can find a great variety of pet supplies. I particularly liked the great selection of collars. The selection of clothes (for all budgets) is amazing. As a cat owner, I also got to find a gift for my gruppy old Myrna. It really was a great surprise to fall on this store during our vacations in Naples. Worth having a look!
