I had an appointment with the Grooming Department 03-01-14. The older lady discussed in length the fact that I liked my Shorkies long hair. She stated she would leave his hair in the front and on top of his head. She even said the hair is better on then off. She stated that she would show me and if I did not like it she would cut more. An Hour later I came back and she had no idea who my daughter and I was, (This should have been my 1st warning). " It was a Saturday so it would be a few additional hours" I was told. I would be called. When I returned after visiting the Urgent Care across the parking lot. (My Shorkie had been there approximately 6 hours by then) my dog was ready and I had received NO call. He had been shaved BALD, (All the way down) with a square face and the hair around his ears was raggedy. I immediately stated, "Oh no I do not like it!" "What exactly dont you like about it" I said I miss his hair/fur. She said well he had a matted area under his chin and on his legs...there was nothing I could do"..... She could have called and received permission to cut his hair all the way down. Where was my phone call?. My at home grooming techniques are much better then what was done by the Groomer who promised that she would not cut too much. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Then the cashier was rude. My dog had an accident after 6 hours of course he did. I asked for paper towels, the store was not even equipt and I finally received some McDonalds napkins after a search....ISNT THIS A PET STORE? The cashier waved me off "Yeah, You clean that up while I ring you out" I said Really, Oh thank you so much" sarcastically.... They will NOT RECEIVE MY BUSINESS EVER AGAIN!!!!!

I go here because its close to my house and is well stocked. The cashiers are very friendly. The only problem I have is the power doors into the store are broken and you have to push them open and closed. It has been that easy for a few months.

We go there for everything our little buddy needs. The grooming people are awesome at handling my nervous dachshund when he gets his nails trimmed! :-) The employees definitely love animals!

We take our kitty Munchkin to get his nail clipped every few months. They are very patient and kind with our kitty. Everyone is very friendly and helpful at the store.
