I purchased a new fish tank and some chemicals from this store. The light fixture that came with the tank didnt work within a week. I brought it back... but the employee was too lazy to write up the initial return, so when I brought back the exact same light the third time, the management told me it had been too long and they would not replace it. The managers had to wait days to consult with someone else... none had an answer on the spot. The customer service at this store is lousy from the floor people to the management. I would never shop here again and would recommend you take your business anywhere else. PetCo and PetSupermarket both have much better customer service and truly demonstrate they care about making you happy. These folks... you can spend hundreds of dollars and in the end, they dont really care about your satisfaction.

bought a chameleon that died within 2 weeks (1 week return policy)...was given the wrong information on what kind of lighting/heat we needed. They did not inform us about several necessary pieces of information regarding that type of chameleon, and when we went back to the store (before it died, and we knew something was wrong) to ask questions, there was no one there that could help us answer them, so they took down our phone number and said they would get back to us, but they never did.

They have a large selection of chinchilla treats and necessities. My chinchilla loves me after leaving this store. They keep rearranging aisles and items but the place still seems old when youre in there.

Just moved back here from out of state. The staff helped me register my dog in Ohio and helped fit my dog for a new harness. Very nice and helpful staff, definitely recommend!
