I would say 0 stars... Paid them for cutting a small dogs nails apart of grooming .Hes never nipped at anyone his 10 years we have had him. Well hes been nipping just recently when you touch his paws we saw they havent been cutting the thumb nails. The nails are starting to curl under causing him pain. Dogs were running around the without a leash on causing other dogs to have anxiety during their treatment. just not a good professional place. Cant trust them with your dog and You pay good money for the full service. Hes got long hair we always asked for it to be cut short. We send him back twice everytime cause the hair was still too long. Now we know why.

Dipidy Dawg is a fabulous boutique in SWFL. The staff is always professional, polite, and goes above and beyond to provide a great customer experience. The owner is very knowledgeable, and has provided me with lots of information on dog foods. She helped me find a food my picky dog will actually eat. I live in Boston, MA and frequently order the handmade treats for my dog, and always be sure to have her groomed when we are visiting in the winter.

I drove all the way from downtown Fort Myers and they locked up 15 minutes before closing and said they shut the computers down and couldnt help me, but I can come back tomorrow. I have been going there monthly for 2 years (at old place in coconut point and now new location) and I will not be going back. Time to find a place that honors their hours and respects their customers.
